I went to inspect it and my meat is GREEN!!! Not the marbled green you see sometimes. But patches all the way through.
Not sure if it’s a bad batch or just a thing.
But there actually green spots allllll throughout my beef and cheddar.
Update- called the store. They didn’t dismiss me, and are double checking their meat. So changes my rating to include a 5 star on service. And from a 1 to a three on food. The rest of the food was fine. My son got a deli sandwich and he was happy with it.
Customer service was mediocre at best. This place is going downhill.
They were a little pricey for a 4-piece snack; it was close to $5 with taxes. There was also a good wait between ordering and when the order was brought to me.
The bites were surprisingly good. I’d return to Arby’s, just not for the bites.
. I’m always tentative about stopping because I know it’s rare that it’s good. Well tonight it was not good at all. Lukewarm old curly fries. Lukewarm sloppy beef and cheddar. Drove 4 miles back and asked for something fresh. Got a lesser value classic roast beef and crinkle fries instead and asked for it to be freshly made. Nope. Lukewarm classic roast beef lukewarm crinkle fries. I’m done with this location. Might as well close it down like some of the other Arby’s that have closed down. And I rarely take time to post reviews. It’s just frustrating when you pay $12 for a meal and give them a chance to make it better and they don’t.
Next trip to this Arby’s and I ordered the peach cobbler dessert things and I get home and they are not in the bag but I paid for them
