Had a good experience here. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Good portions. The only complaint I have is the shrimp was dry, probably because it had been sitting a while. Also there were only 5 pieces left and I thought they’d make more but that’s all I got. The meat was also a bit dry, again probably because it’d been sitting awhile. I guess that’s what happens when you come late. Otherwise flavors were good.

The place is nice and has very good ambience. Standards are well maintained. Food is maintained to have good taste. Service as well was better, but the only thing which was unlikely I see in Qdoba is indicating an extra chage for the second scoop of tortilla soup for veggie bowl and for extra rice. A part of that, rest all are good.
General thing across Qdoba not specific to this one is for kids meal, it is slightly unclear what all all can you get in the plate.

Love Qdoba and I think this location is one of the better ones. The people who work here are always so friendly and the food is consistently good and well portioned. I prefer the Woodinville location over others nearby. Qdoba also offers good prices when it seems like a quick meal has become super expensive.

Jesse and Dae were both a prime example of good customer service, to the point where I had to ask for their names because it was so stellar. Both were extremely kind, patient, and understanding. I came in during a dinner rush where I could tell it was extremely busy, and they had run out of some items (not their fault! They explained it was a shipment error). These things happen. They were beyond kind. Super fresh and good tasting food, with even better service!

Forgot how good Qdoba is! Haven’t been in a long time and came through around 8:30-9pm after working and moving all day. Although the lobby was closed for cleaning, my wife and I were helped immediately and the food was amazing. Coming back soon!

Give that girl Jesse a raise! She was super helpful and polite. While wrapping my wife’s burrito it tore a little bit and she offered to replace it and when my wife said it was fine she went the extra mile and gave us another foil just so it wouldn’t be messy. Her customer service, manners, and demeanor were top notch. Coming here is always a good time. Way to be!

Can I just say these people are awesome and the food is great?! Additionally I just ordered nachos and they gave me 2 instead of 1 on accident for pick up and I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before and I am just so grateful to these guys for giving me 2 meals at once! Absolutely awesome place and I will continue to keep giving these guys my business as long as I am around here!

Jesse and all the staff members are always kind and provide the best customer service. I drive over 30 min every Sunday just to get a burrito. I highly recommend this location.

Never really had an issue here but the reviews on the customer service were true. Ive seen the manger yell at delivery drivers for grabbing the wrong order which makes sense but shouldn’t be in-front of customer but. The portion is hit or miss one the ladies barley gives out meat or beans

The place has gone down hill. Full of carton boxes on the seats. It is noticeable disorganized. Food in buffet containers are dry and chicken cubes are mostly burnt. If it looks bad where we can see, I figure how it looks where we can’t see. The owner should improve the overall conditions of the restaurant. Please is dirty and Manager is not willing to improve.
