We ordered several appetizers, and every single one came out burnt to a pitch-black char.
That strongly suggests the restaurant is not replacing its fryer oil when needed — and it’s highly likely that’s the case.
The pho noodles were another disappointment.
Before even lifting them with chopsticks, the noodles sat in the broth curled up in a tight clump, and when lifted, they fell apart on their own.
This almost certainly means the noodles were cooked ahead of time, frozen, and simply reheated in broth when an order comes in.
Again — a shortcut that is far too likely.
In short, the kitchen seems to prioritize convenience over proper preparation, cutting corners at every step.
There was no sense of care, freshness, or authenticity in the food.
To make matters worse, the restaurant adds a 4% charge on all credit card payments, which feels unjustified and borderline predatory — someone should really report that.
Service was equally disappointing.
The female server was more focused on her phone than on customers, ignoring raised hands and requests.
Meanwhile, the middle-aged man delivering dishes didn’t say a word, didn’t smile, and carried an air of irritation, creating an unpleasant dining atmosphere.
Overall, this restaurant fails on food, execution, service, and integrity — a clear miss in a market full of much better options.
I forgot to take picture of the vermicelli bowl, but the portion again is very small for its price. Beef and chicken grills on the vermicelli bowl were delicious. Very umami. There service was okay. We got our pho noodle 20 minutes after everyone at our table already got their vermicelli bowl. We did went on the 3rd day of opening. Definitely does not meet my Q/Q (quality/quantity)
Banh Mi were good as I would expect it would taste having Vietnamese style deli meats / ham. Fried rice kind of small portion, but tasted good. We mainly came for the pho which was good. Broth was not plain -or greasy which is a plus. Bowl size was better than other places in the area. Noodles were just right, not soft, not firm, not clumpy, once the bowl was mixed, it all flowed. Alot of meat was given too! We’d come back if we were in back in the area.
The service was trash!!
The excuses where a mile long about everything possible…
Being a week new shouldn’t be your go to excuse for why your customer service was wack! The fact that we practically argued with the person about our tickets an we were paying separately was ridiculous!!
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!!
It’s not worth it!!
The food was good though.
