Went in to get a pizza thinking we could order at the counter. Walked in and there was no one else inside as a customer. Saw two employees in the back, they didn’t acknowledge I was inside. Moved around to get attention. Nothing.

I went in to order dinner. People that came in after me already received their food. When they handed me the crazy bread I open the bag because I could tell it happened sitting there for a while. I opened it up and it was flat and hard and cold I asked him if I could get a fresh one. Thinking that’s what they did since I waited another 10 minutes I get home and it’s the same damn one that I asked for them to remake. I will never go to this Little Caesars ever again. $30 down the trash

Talking to people as I waited for my pizza which took 40 minutes,
This place does not get things right and takes extra long time compared to other Little Caesars.
I in formed the person of an allergy, And thankfully I looked at my order and it had what I told them I could not have due to an allergy.
So I had to wait more time to Receive my cheese pizza, of what I had ordered.
So please check your order before leaving the building.
I did however here when you preorder order From the Vendor machine orders have been correct and Faster.
This is stuff I discovered in the 40 to 45 minutes I was in there building, with masks.

Atmosphere doesn’t really apply here, since it’s grab and go, but they’re always ready right on time, the pizza is reliably tasty (and my kids prefer it Costco or Sam’s club with a similar price range), and tonight they went above and beyond. Very friendly, efficient staff who really noticed us. Also, we tried crazy puffs for the first time and they were great!

This used to be my favorite. Recently went in and ordered a pepperoni with “light” or “easy” in the sauce. They charged me extra! For less product. I get that the $5 pizza is no more, but don’t nickel & dime me because I wasn’t a fresh pie. Once I got it home, I found out to be undercooked and the crust underneath was too soft. Disappointed.

This store on Wadsworth sucks. I asked for a fresh pepperoni pizza and the manager grabbed the last one out of the hot and ready, went back and put it in the oven. Then he flipped out when I called him out and asked for a refund. This store used to be ok but it has gone down hill for a while. Good thing there is other stores because I do like some Little Ceasars.

I went with my daughter to pick up some pizza. They were so warm greeting us and gave my daughter some cookies. When my daughter was really wanting to play the ball game, I didn’t have a quarter, the gentleman at the counter graciously gave her a quarter to play. I appreciate the warmth and kindness from this location!!

2 Stars – Great Pizza, Terrible Service
It’s disappointing to see so many bad reviews about the customer service at this Little Caesars go ignored—especially since our experience was just as bad. While our food turned out great, the service was absolutely horrible.
The employee taking my order didn’t even look at me, had a terrible attitude, and acted annoyed that I was ordering—despite it being 30 minutes before closing and only a two-item order. To make matters worse, when he saw I didn’t leave a tip, he loudly said, “God damnit!”, crumpled the receipt, and threw it in the trash. Completely unprofessional.
Management really needs to step in and hire extra help to ensure the team maintains basic customer service at all hours. This location has potential, but until the service improves, I wouldn’t recommend it.
