I ordered 27 wings and only got 1 ranch. I had to buy 5 more ranch for $1 per ranch container. I’m a truck we and have been to plenty of Buffalo wild wings restaurants and to go & this one beats all of them at being stingy with the ranch. How are you only going to give 1 ranch for 27 wings?! I also wanted to use my rewards even though they have available seating to dine in I was not able to use my points bc it’s “Dine in only” which I did. I would’ve understood if they didn’t have tables to dine in, which I have visited other To Go locations that do not have any tables available to dine in. This locations had about 5 tables. I also asked for the sauces on the side but I was given the sauce on the wings for a part and the other wings plain with sauce on the side.

Terrible service, waited 1.5 hours for food to be delivered. Food was cold, called and spoke to manager, she was argumentative and not will to refund due to poor quality of food. Owner apparently wont serve me if i order there again!

Terrible food ordered Nov 24 had missed half our order no fries bacon was all black burnt to crisp food was soggy spent over 70 dollars there called to talk to someone spoke to manager he said he would refund the order never did complete trash

For my first try, I am pleasantly satisfied! My food wasn’t ready when I first arrived but being a newer restaurant that’s kind of expected and It was ready about 10 minutes later. It was Hot and Fresh and bagged very well. The sauces are the best and the wings were great! Fresh hot cheese curds, and fresh crisp veggies. And mt husband tried the Bacon Burger and he said it was very good! They have our vote! Excited to try it again! Thank you!!

While I recognize this is a “to go” establishment, there is little to nothing inside the establishment. The staff was friendly but completely forgot about our order, even though we were inside waiting for it. I didn’t feel like 3 meals was overly large, but 4 different customers who ordered after me were served ahead of me. Then I was told they were just waiting on fresh “bone in” wings, when I ordered boneless. She was not accurate as her team member corrected her and said our order was ready.
The only part that made this frustrating is that the food was cold. Telling me that I was being lied to so I wouldn’t be upset. No matter what way I spin this, the wings burger and tenders were certainly not worth a 30 minute wait and 55 dollars. Sauce was still tasty though.
