The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff seem completely uninterested, with an attitude that feels like “you’ll get your coffee when you get it.” It honestly comes across as if they don’t want to be there at all. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend this location. Been waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes now.

Samantha the barista there is literally phenomenal! The sweetest barista there! I was nervous about trying a new drink and she paid for it in case I didn’t like it. It was so delicious I came back the next day to order it and she made it amazing again!
When she’s at the drive thru she always has a smile on her face and she always gives you a straw and napkins without even having to ask! Which I love because who doesn’t want a napkin when they order food?

If I could give NO STARS I would – this was CRAZY – waited on the drive through line for 12 minutes without moving- with 2 cars in front of me on the line – this started at 8:15pm – finally called them to see if they were even open – they said they close at 9pm – arote so I went around to go inside – they took the order – and then fulfilled 3 drive through orders before mine WHICH WAS INSANE cause there wasn’t even that many people on the line – there were 3 workers working – all laughing and joking around and there was an additional customer inside who came up after us and ordered something and received it – after waiting until 8:57pm I asked for our money back and left more than upset as we have spent almost AN HOUR at a Starbucks FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL. The staff clearly didn’t want to be working and they definitely treated us as such – I just got in from new jersey and my sister just got in from Indiana so we were happy that a Starbucks was open – but left very upset about being treated so so so poorly – if people don’t want to work then don’t take the pm shift.

This is an amazing Starbucks. The staff is professional and they take the time to get to know the customers and their names. They are always very cheerful. The manager, Luis, has created not only a well run store but one that cultivates a positive experience. I look forward to going to my Cappuccino and having a staff that treats customers so well.

I just came in this morning and honestly, my iced coffee was good the barista who made it was perfect! On that note, I did want to add along with these other reviews of supervisors that the short girl who was in charge I presume…she said a comment that really struck me. She called one of the baristas a slave. I am happily married to a black independent woman therefore with this in mind.. I will never step foot in this establishment that take such words lightly or as “jokes” “

I love this starbucks they are usually very friendly and nice today i sat down to order my starbucks and this Spanish male barista yelled across the room and asked me if I ordered & what the namewas. I’m unsure why he came off this rude. Every time I always come in here, I just wait for my drink. But today, I guess because I sat down and had nothing in front of me. The barista decided to yell at me and ask me if I had an order later. I asked him why he did that & his response was because you were sitting and you didn’t order. This is usually a very friendly starbucks I hope with this new addition that doesn’t change.

The shift supervisor Isa is genuinely disrespectful — I’ve seen how she treats both employees and customers. I’ve experienced repeated rude behavior from her, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and should be addressed by management to ensure customers are treated with respect.

Terrible store. The shift supervisors are unprofessional. They’re dating I believe their names are Marian and Isa. They don’t keep it professional and am sure to report this to corporate since I’m sure they are not supposed to be dating. On top of that those baristas have spoken terribly about them as well. Management must be looking into this. Isa is always giving me attitude when I order and nasty looks. The manager has to look into who they make supervisors. This was a terrible experience. Never coming back!!!
