The worst costumer service. The worker asked the 4 of us what bread we wanted, got that all wrong. Then attempts to ask us what bread vs taking each order 1 by 1. She then never started after she took tbe breads out and started a Togo order after asking us about the bread. We ended up leaving after waiting about 8 minutes for her to start again

This subway in Crystal City is mostly manned but young adults. They are quick to build your sandwich so waiting in line isn’t too bad. I’ve gone here a few times in the past four months. Recently I went in and headed to the restroom first before going to place my order. While in the restroom I saw a young guy coming out of the toilet stall. He rinsed his hands and skipped the soap. Walked out without drying his hands either. And yes he was one of the sandwich makers. I walked out of the restroom and saw he had taken his place behind the counter. I didn’t order anything and walked out. Never going here again. Come on Subway educate your employees.

I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life from this place. I’m talking about the kind of pain and sickness that makes you get right with God.
I’ve eaten here a couple times before and didn’t have the issue, but when I tell you that this one time will stop from me from going any place where the food isn’t cooked thoroughly. Avoid the gas station subway ^^^
