It’s only at the kiosk..
The kiosk does not give you the choice to add a specific number of sugar or cream to your coffee
For bagels it does not give you the choice for double toasted ..
I am sure there is a lot of other things that are messed up
They have a lot people working there but you have to put your order your self
It’s a hotel and it is supposed to make everything easier for the guests to enjoy their vacation not the opposite..
They serve your coffee like 4 to 5 oz shorter to the line where it is supposed be served..

Extremely bad experience. Super stupid staff. Can’t even get my orders right. Did not give me the full order when I pick up. I triple confirm with the staff if that was everything I ordered, and shew her my order, and she said yes. Then she realized she didn’t give me the bottle drinks. After I got to my room, I found she didn’t give me the donuts. I have to get back again for the donuts. She didn’t feel sorry at all, seems like they are making these mistakes all the time.

Staff was rude, and unfriendly. I was on a trip with my friend and we went to dunkin twice. Each time they were shooting us rude and uncomfortable looks. They didn’t call us when our order was ready but complained when we asked when it would be ready. I ordered 3 orders of bagel minis, one i ordered plain but they made it an everything one. the other ones were cold and tasted like they had been in the fridge raider. My friend got a vanilla latte but there was no vanilla and watered down. They made her bagel burnt, like it was black. It was also rock solid. They assumed we didn’t order what we ordered because we “look young” but we’re both 18. If i had to give them any advice it’d just be to shut up and make what we ask for. Not at all a good experience, thankfully it was the last place we went before we left. I would have ruined our trip.

I regretted going here immediately after I ordered and heard everyone in line complaining to each other. The store is in a very cramped area. If you have more than 3-4 people in line it’s ridiculous. They kept calling out the wrong names and getting orders wrong. I finally got my coffee drink after 15 minutes. Then after another 15 minutes I asked about my donuts. They acted like they didn’t even know about them. The lady brought them out soon after. I asked for a straw for the drink I had been holding for 30 minutes… then realized it wasn’t even the right size. Save yourself some time and go somewhere outside this hotel for breakfast.

Sign say after ordering speak to a pack member they be HAPPY to help you, I placed an order for 6 doughnuts I try to speak to some one several times and they ignored me, than 7 min later I was able to pick my doughuts total 10 min wait for 6 doughnuts , my loaded hash browns with cheese and bacon had very little cheese on it…

Still don’t have my coffee after 10 minutes. They seem really confused. Spend more time looking at the screen than anything else but they were nice.

It took an hour to make 2 coffees. Yes, there are a ton of people order at once. But it’s their ability to organize a crowd and get orders out. They would pile orders on the shelf and never call any names. So bottleneck ensued, no one knew if there order was ready and they didn’t have. A system to balance mobile numbers and kiosk numbers. They would be better to just do kiosk so people didn’t get screwed. People who ordered at the kiosk actually got their stuff faster.

I just can’t…THIS is an “order” of hash browns. It is 6 tater rounds with some type of pepper or garlic powder on them for $3. I am speechless.
