I clearly requested NO CHIA SEEDS due to a documented allergy on my açaí bowl. Despite this, my order was prepared with an excessive amount of chia seeds — so much that they were stuck to the lid — along with granola that I did not order.
This is not a minor mistake. Ignoring an explicit allergy request puts customers at serious medical risk and shows a lack of proper food-handling procedures. I had to scrape the chia seeds off myself, and I have photo evidence of the amount added.
I am extremely concerned about how allergy instructions are being handled at this location and will be escalating this directly with management and corporate. Customers should be able to trust that allergy warnings are taken seriously.

My wife and I have been ordering from this location about once a week for a few years and always liked their açai bowls and smoothies, despite being a bit overpriced. I normally call ahead and place my order so it’s ready when I get there, which is a pain because they insist on always making me read off a credit card over the phone even though I’m a regular customer, but I’ve been tolerating that since we like the food. But on a recent visit their phones were down when I tried calling multiple times, so I decided to try ordering via their website. The website defaulted to their other location, but I manually switched it to the location I wanted, which took several attempts as the website was glitching. But it did finally take, which I double checked before placing the order. However when I showed up they didn’t have my order, we quickly realized it had gone to the other store, which was all the way across town and I was on my way the opposite direction to meet my wife at her work for lunch. The girls working there were very sweet and offered to remake it for me since the website was clearly to blame (something they confirmed had happened before), however when they called their manager to confirm they could replace my order they were told I would have to pay again. So my already overpriced $35 order just became $70… I went ahead and paid it as I was in a rush, but I will not be buying from them again if that’s how they treat their loyal customers. Those extra 2 bowls they insisted charging me for despite admitting their website was to blame will now cost them hundreds of dollars a year in lost revenue.

Absolutely fantastic food. It’s always ready on time when I order ahead and the ingredients are so fresh. My favorite are the açaí bowls and beautify junkie (beet juice). We really need more healthy food places in Anchorage and this hits the mark!

Healthy and filling snacks, especially nice after a morning workout/yoga. Friendly staff. I usually order ahead and — if they’re not busy — the order will be ready even before the pickup time, so you don’t have to wait for long! A perfect breakfast option for yummy smoothies, juices, and smoothie bowls!

The juices are pre made bottles and didn’t have additional sugar which is good. Overall okay for a quick stop. Vibes are really lame and bland so not a good hangout spot.

I love the location in midtown much closer to home. Upon entering first thing I noticed was the beautiful open concept, cleanliness and the friendly greetings, also very fast and efficient.
