I’ve been meaning to write a review for the longest time! I just gotta say this is by far the best caribou in town. The girls who work here are the absolute best and as a manager myself they show off some great hospitality. I mobile order my coffee every morning and it’s always ready by the time I get there. I don’t even go in and order like a normal person and yet they know exactly who I am. I am always greeted and acknowledged and that kind of service is hard to come by anymore. Plus the coffee by far tastes the best from this location and I’m a girl who visits a lot of caribous—but mostly this one. Great job

Here’s the deal – I go to A LOT of Caribou locations but this location is my absolute favorite. For some reason, they are the only ones that know how to make my drink perfectly. It makes me so happy when I get it and it tastes right!! Maybe a little too happy LOL! The only downfall is it doesn’t have a drive thru but trust me…it’s worth having to get out of the car to get a drink that’s not just good – it’s FANTASTIC!!

Waited 45 minutes for one sandwich after double checking they rang it in and got the order and the workers were incredibly disrespectful and did not even apologize for making us wait 45 minutes for a sandwich that takes less than 5 minutes to make. Terrible customer service I will not be returning. Also should say gave them a 10$ tip when ordering!!!

I like the drinks, and I hate the prices. It is so expensive for a drink these days. Plus it is so annoying that they hand you a device in the drive thru so they can ask for a tip. I’m just trying not to drop my card and now I have to try and not drop their card reader. I know everyone has different opinions on this, but I thought a tip was for going above and beyond, not just for doing your job. Anyways I do like the coffee, just wish everything wasn’t so darn expensive.

I appreciate the batistas at Caribou East Brainerd Mall because they’re so friendly, courteous, helpful, and kind. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh, and the special drinks are fun and made with love.
This Caribou has a nice variety of snack and beverage options.

This establishment is attentive to the customer’s experience, they offer a great variety of items year round along with a good variety of breakfast items that are a delicious albeit small bite on the go, the environment is clean and well decorated and offers a great variety of seating that is as comfortable and pleasant as the music that’s playing in the lobby. The staff is attentive and well taught and offer a good consistency in orders every visit.
