The hours are posted that the drive-through is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM Monday through Thursday and it’s 9:30 PM on a Monday night and I’ve been all around the building twice and sitting here for 15 minutes trying to place an order and I see people back in the kitchen, but they won’t come up to the front. I’m not sure what is happening to the service at this Hardee’s, but it has went downhill tremendously. I just went to pull off from the drive-through window and saw an employee sitting in the dining room at a table playing on her phone. I tried to call the number listed on Google for the restaurant and it’s not in service.

They’re under staffed, but most places are these days. But, the crew was working very hard to get customers served. Even with the minimal staff, the restaurant is very clean!!! The food came out as ordered and good.

I just went there wanted a chicken blt they give the regular one and it’s litte and I was talking to them about it tonight and the girl says not on my shift and look what happen wrong one again and the chicken was small and not fresh the lies they tell….smh I wish I could put the picture up here…..yall gotta do better!!!!!!!

I sat at the drive through for almost 20 minutes so I pulled to the window and sat another 10 minutes just for the lady to tell me I needed to order on the inside because she wasn’t taking any orders from the drive through. There was no sign stating to come inside. Several other customers drove off because there was no one talking on the drive through speaker.

Hardee’s used to be deemed the breakfast source for great biscuits and good service. There has been a serious decline in work moral and customer service. We set in line for quite sometime before even placing our order; just to be asked to pull forward and they would bring it out.. okay fine.. Well 13 minutes later no food no employee!! I enter the restaurant to find ALL employees in a circle laughing and talking! Soon as I open the door ! I hear’ oh no your forgot her food!! Yes I was pissed! Yes I got a refund! And crazy enough! I attempted to eat there again yesterday!! Only to go through similar situation! Waited 15
Minutes in line to be told to come in and order! Which I do! And people were given their food before me and I did not get all my food!! Management is not what it needs to be there. Period. Hamlet Hardee’s hwy 74

One of the most disappointing experiences ever! Employees on their phones or just holding conversations as if we were not there. However one person went well out her way to accommodate us and take our order. In my opinion just about everyone need to fired or retrained. CUSTOMER SERVICE is truly DEAD here!!!!!!!!!

Went in for lunch, tried for breakfast, but, they were out of biscuits. Told them I was eating in, was told no trays at lunch. Next customer after me, he received a tray (guess I was wrong race). Our food was ok, little too juicy for me. There was loud vulgar language in the prep area. Not a place for it. I won’t go back. I do love the breakfast though….
