First time here! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable – food was delicious, very flavorful. The steaks were amazing, even with the very basic seasoning they tasted really good. Would absolutely recommend this place for a special occasion.

We celebrated a birthday at Ruth’s Chris and everything from start to finish was perfect. When we walked in, everyone was polite and welcoming. They led us to a table sprinkled with “Happy Birthday” confetti such a thoughtful and subtle gesture that was perfect since the Birthday Boy doesn’t like a lot of attention.
Our waitress, Sybil, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive without hovering, quick to bring anything we needed, and so decisive when we weren’t sure what to order. She walked us through the menu with confidence and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She also explained the famous 500° plates, and let me tell you the food was phenomenal.
From the warm welcome to the incredible service to the unforgettable meal, Ruth’s Chris truly made this celebration special. Highly recommend, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Sybil as your server!

Our service was great, but the food was lackluster and a bit of a let down. We had a reservation, and were seated immediately at a table in the corner of the dining area. We were greeted by our lovely waitress, who explained everything and took our order. We started with the French onion soup. It lacked depth and flavor, and it didn’t even seem like the onions had been caramelized. The bread atop was dense and the cheese was bubbly. Our next course was the veal ravioli, which was OK, but demi-glace was a bit watery and again lacked in flavor. We each ordered the steak & shrimp and upgraded to an 8 oz cut, which was served in extra butter on a sizzling hot plate. Our steaks were cooked as requested, medium and medium rare, but again I found myself wishing there was more depth, or any sort of herbs or spices. I was excited to see some color on the shrimp, but I was mislead, as these lacked any flavor as well. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a nice tender steak, and can appreciate a good cut of meat. However, the experience here was lost on me by not having anything to compliment or enhance the dish. It did look like the butter had been browned well, perhaps with the addition of milk fats, but that is as far as they go. If this is what you enjoy, more power to you, but I personally would have liked a more interesting and amplifying flavor. I do appreciate the hot plate, though, as I felt it is a unique way to keep the steaks hot as you enjoy them. We ended the night with the chocolate duo – a lava cake and a spoonful of chocolate mouse – which may have been my favorite part of the night. I’m glad we tried Ruth’s Chris, but next time we are looking to enjoy the food and atmosphere of a steakhouse, we will be elsewhere.

First time at the restaurant on 2/13/26, Stacey our bartender was fantastic and made sure we understood how the steaks were cooked and seasoned. She walked us through the menu to propose some options which was helpful. We enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, chopped salad which we shared, an 8oz filet and a 16 oz ribeye. Both cooked as ordered perfectly. Of course we also enjoyed a cocktail and wine. We will certainly be back soon!

I had an exceptional experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House! The fish dish I ordered was perfectly cooked—flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in the preparation was evident, making it a standout meal. The service was equally impressive, with the staff being incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The ambiance added to the overall enjoyment, creating a warm and upscale dining atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Ruth’s Chris positions itself as a Mercedes level steakhouse but at best it is a 2022 Honda Accord. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is that it is definitely a chain. The sterile and bland decor tries to welcome you but it doesn’t quite unfold it’s arms all the way to embrace you. The steak is decent. The sides are ok. The wine list is average. Service is passable. All in all, it was a good dinner because I was invited and therefore didn’t pay the big bucks for an average ride.

I had the pleasure of dining solo at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Mikayla was my server, and she was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease dining alone.
My steak arrived sizzling and was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier steakhouse. The attention to detail in both the food and the service was outstanding.
The ambience was elegant but comfortable, and the entire evening felt like a well-deserved treat. Whether you’re celebrating something or just enjoying a solo night out like I was, Ruth’s Chris delivers across the board. I’ll definitely be back.

Although we will still come back for the great food and service, I wanted to write a review after coming here regularly. First of all, it’s almost impossible to park nearby on the pay for parking spots right outside the restaurant. The garages are not safe, especially at night with random people hanging out and break ins, and quite a walk in the cold and windy winter months. The manager whom we see regularly rarely smiles or greets you. He just walks around.
Most recently my husband and I decided to walk in on Valentine’s Day for lunch at 12:20pm. The girls in front were very friendly but said there were a lot of 12:30pm reservations and the manager instructed all walk ins to sit around the bar. We were literally the only ones not only at the bar but we believe entire restaurant, from what we could see. We passed the dining room which was completely empty and so were all of the beautifully decorated booths and other tables in the bar area. All tables were decorated with red rose petals and some with white tablecloths. We ordered and ate, and saw maybe three small parties being brought to the back room through the bar area. We left about 1:30pm, still the sole customers at the bar and entire bar area of booths and tables, even though we were denied one of those. We never saw all of these “reservations” show up. We cannot make sense of this. I wondered if they just didn’t want to mess up and remake the tables?
The other thing to note is, we saw fruit being mashed up directly from plastic containers for use in drinks without being washed off first. Not sure who doesn’t wash off pesticides known to be used, but really off-putting.
We will still come back as it’s a pretty place with good food and service, but keep in mind to allow 20 minutes to find a spot during prime hours.

I looked at the menu online and I was excited to see how good it be for my first visit. They have some great options, but honestly the appetizers were better than the dinner. They cooked my rib eye medium well when I asked for medium rare which wouldn’t be that big a deal to me if they didn’t charge so much. I am okay with paying top dollar, but I expect a top dollar experience when I do and this just wasn’t that. Decent, but not worth the expense.
