The food is always undercooked and there’s one person one female who completely hates her job and it shows and she transmits that to the people. She’s rude and has no sense of customer service. The only reason I go here is cause it’s near my house and there’s too much traffic to go out my way when I just want something quick but not anymore I rather go further down the street then deal with rude people and undercooked burgers. Oh and I read all this paid reviews you guys are out your mind this location is the worst in all of south Florida. They’re ice cream machine never works just like their customer service.

I placed my order at the drive through and was pleasantly greeted. As soon as I pulled up to the window, my order was ready. Wow—I recently stopped by this store and was genuinely impressed by how much it has improved since my last visit. The customer service has really stepped up; the staff was friendly and attentive. The food quality was spot on—my fries were hot and fresh, and my Whopper was made perfectly. Everything tasted great.
What really stood out to me was meeting the new manager, Eddie. He personally introduced himself, which is something no other manager has done before. He told me if I ever needed anything, he’d be more than happy to help with any of my orders. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Nice to meet you, Eddie—keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was told by the manager Ana just now that the restrooms was for employees only! This being a restaurant it is supposed to have restroom available for the customers! This a law requirement! Hope upper management takes notice! I had to leave without washing my hands
