(Pics loaded are from 2025 not making them right). Im giving this location a 3 star only because lately they have been doing better at making the espresso drinks… but with how often we used to and would still like to go to dunkin everyday this location itself had ruined that for us. But lately I gave them a few tries over the last couple weeks and so far they are doing better! Their espresso drinks most of them require to be half and half which is 2 shots of espresso in a size medium. (& dont forget about how long it takes the espresso machine for 1 shot) the baristas were not taking their time to make the drinks properly and only doing 1 shot and our drinks were tasting very milky and even looked it! A medium Carmel macchiato was looking very pale! And my cocoa mocha iced signature latte would be a very very light brown color. You would take your drinks to them and even show them the picture of what its supposed to look like of half and half with espresso on the macchiato, and they would make you pay for an upcharge on the espresso Shot to make it correctly. Oh and if you already ordered it with the extra espresso shot added on, drinks still came out pale looking the same way and they would still demand for the upcharge of a shot! (this was over the course of a few months of it being repeated every day) So we stopped going everyday for flavored milk. These past couple weeks I’ve gone a couple times but ordering for instore pickup instead of drive-thru and my drinks have been right on and very good.

Really disappointed, spent 17 dollars and some change on two medium coffees, sandwiches and hash browns….typed into the kiosk cream and 5 sweet n lows a piece per coffee. Well got to our destination and our coffee had no sweet n low but had the cream, the hash browns were cold, broken up almost like smashed up and burnt on some pieces. The sandwiches were OK considering everything else. Please consider a new brand of hash browns, these were horrible.

Harrington used to be the spot for some good Dunkin, It taste like Words, I don’t wanna say on here, but you can’t get a good coffee in the morning or in the afternoon. I don’t understand how it’s nasty if I completely tell you step-by-step on a mobile order or on the speaker how to make a coffee.
If somebody says to use liquid sugar, stop being so stingy, use the liquid sugar!!!!! It’s OK to add flavor. The company will pay for it.!!!!!!!

I’m not sure if who runs a store even works in there or pay attention to what their employees do but I have been to pretty much every Dunkin’ Donuts in Delaware and I also work in Maryland and every other Dunkin I’ve been to through Delaware and Maryland are better than this Dunkin in Harrington nothing is ever prepared right and everything is always half ass and you never get what you’re expecting to get it seems like the workers just do it to get it done and that’s it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a coffee and it’s been made completely wrong or I’ve been handed someone else’s order. Whoever runs this duck, he needs to go in there and do a serious clean out and re teach everyone

A drive through girl was rude and ignorant. Me and my uncle were ording coffee one regular with no sugar and we could not hear her even with the music down. She told us when we told her that we couldn’t hear and she told us customers rudely well put your music down to hear. A manager needs to teach that girl customer service and how to talk to customers.

This place needs more people after 3pm. I felt bad for the 1 guy working the window and the 1 girl working the front especially for a Friday but it’s been this way for weeks now. Everyone needs to call and complain it’s not their fault it’s management they are way over staffed during the morning. But only have 2 people on shift in the late afternoon to night is crazy tonight was rough I waited 30 min in drive thru and almost everyone was going back inside to complain about there order including me and inside was a total mess.

Asked for a straw with my sip lid because I could see the carmel on the bottom needed to be stirred. And the woman named kandy got very upset and proceeded to slam the window saying there’s a sip lid for a reason.

Couldn’t get order right.. tried to overcharge me. Hash browns were soggy. Drinks made incorrectly. Cashier seemed irritated that I wanted my order to be correct and that I didn’t want to overpay for it. It’s clean inside though!

So very disappointed in this establishment these days. I used to come here everyday to get a signature iced latte, snackin bacon, and a donut. Now I come maybe once a week. They don’t fill the cup up anymore and it’s so messy and sticky when they hand it to you, got bacon and there was maybe 3 pieces in the bag, and the donuts are either stale or they don’t have what you want. I guess I will be finding a new location to go to
