I had the English Muffin Egg Sandwich with cheddar cheese , turkey , tomato and red onion . It was so stuffed I had to use a fork to eat it! The Raspberry Scone texture and taste were good. It did not turn to mush in my mouth and the outer layer had crunch but was not hard. The Morning Blend coffee ☕ was good . I skipped lunch because I was so full!
They could use single seating inside. I felt bad that I was sitting at a table for four people.
The market has local products, liquor, clothing and prepared food to go. Christmas themed items were also on sale.
Service was very good. They brought my order out to me and they trusted me to get the correct size coffee ☕ I ordered.
I am going to recommend this market!
The warm and fuzzy made us feel all warm and fuzzy while the vanilla latte sure was a latte fun! While wayyy up north, the southern chicken sandwich gave me a taste of the sun beaming down on a southern afternoon.
Most will find comfort in the friendly faces, fine cheeses, flavorful drinks, and cozy place to stay no matter the weather.
They have gluten-free options to include bread, tortillas, and bagels. They were able to also look into the ingredients of those items to check for other allergens present in our group.
Other than making a mistake on our order (which wasn’t a big deal, but still happened) we were only disappointed by how many things they were out of. They were out of GF bread, a smoothie flavor, and a type of sandwich.
Lastly, the lobster rolls seemed exorbitantly expensive. Would have loved to have been able to have one.
The grilled cheese was bland with just american cheese on bread for $8.50, good enough for a kids taste buds, but terrible for an adult meal. Does not come with fries or a side.
The quesadilla was incredibly sloppy and fell apart. They didn’t even dice the tomatoes, there were several whole slices of tomato in the quesadilla. The chicken was $4 dollars to add to the quesadilla, it had no seasoning on it. Its $1 extra to add caramelized onion, $1 for peppers and $1 tomatoes, and we didn’t find any peppers in the mix. It was the worst quesadilla we’ve ever had and we paid a total of $17 for it.
The buffalo chicken wrap was average, but does not come with cheese on it and does not come with fries or a side. The wrap also had entire slices of tomatoes on it rather than diced.
The chili did not seem freshly made for the day, looked and tasted like it was reheated from the previous day.
Overall, its terribly overpriced for mediocre food in a cute cafe setting.
