Came here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly, gracious portion sizes and most importantly delicious! I really appreciate the cooked to order policy along with it being made clear on their menu to allow prep time. Definitely will be my go to for now on

The food can a bit on the salty and oily side, nut it’s very satisfying. The service was prompt, friendly and personalized. The portion sizes are humongous (I hope they don’t take this review as an excuse to downsize them!). The dining area and general ambiance look above average for this kinds of establishments. I wish they had the rooster brand sriracha bottles, soy sauce and white pepper as table condiments. Still, Tasty Goodie Express is probably one of the top Chinese American takeouts in the Pomona area. I think their egg rolls should be $1.75 or 2 for $3. Oh well, you can’t have it all! Highly recommend!

Super dry / stale meat is came at 710 pm it was my 1st and probably last time ill go here its crazy how after covid its so hard to find good american Chinese food we got orange chicken bbq pork and sesame chicken none of it was crunchy and all of it was stale a tough also ordered the cream cheese wontons and I can confirm they are really sweet yuck .

Today I picked up a combo, noodles and egg rolls. When I got home to eat it the bbq pork was too dry to eat and the riblets with bean sauce were so dry they tasted like leftover dry meat. I called to complain and they could care less. Never going back. Also lady serving doesn’t look like she likes working there, when I asked for sauce for egg rolls she rolled her eyes. This was the La Verne location.

Large portions of food. Used to be cheaper but same amount has gone up of the previous yr. Still a decent value. I Have been a faithful customer for more then 10 yrs. Chicken N veggies Egg rolls good.

This place has amazing food and a great staff. Their food is real fresh and items are being replenished quickly because they cook them in smaller batches. It is a counter-serve place. Its not fast food but good food done fast. Cheap prices with big portions.

Not too busy but. Staff let’s orders build up for no reason. People behind you get there food first makes no sense. Not too satisfied with there service. Everything I ordered was sitting right in front of me.
