After ordering on the mobile app, my daughter went to pick up her order, and unfortunately, the truck she was in does not fit through their drive-through. When they went to the door, the sign on the door said closed for in store ordering. So I called to get her a refund. A guy by the name of Kim answered and was extremely rude from the get-go. He said, “Anyone that can read can see that it says to come to the side door.” Kim was very aggressive and argumentative. He was quick to note he has 4 witnesses. Gosh, I’m so glad so many people got to “witness” your poor behavior Kim. I see why you have poor Google reviews. Never have I ever had such poor service from Starbucks. I’m so glad Hy-Vee is right across the street!

Don’t expect a normally priced drink here as they will nickel and dime you for everything. My wife ordered us two iced coffees and asked for cream and vanilla syrup instead of the classic. They insisted on charging us for both even though both are free at a normal Starbucks.

I’m glad I gave Starbucks a second chance. I love that the gals who have helped me have been quick to help recommend options when I’m not sure exactly what I want. I haven’t been disappointed with anything. The blueberry muffins are amazing too!

Drinks were super expensive, they had 3 people behind the counter, yet my drink took 10 minutes to make. They didnt go in order when making peoples drinks and made one of our drinks wrong. Stay away from this Starbucks!

It’s Starbucks and I am of the subculture who’s demographics they do not want. But that’s okay I never could figure out what to order anyway. And the prices are so high I can’t give you up there. Kwik Star has better coffee and a much better price

Very nice little store. Everytime I go my drink is made very fast. I came in on a busy Monday and the boy on register and the girl making my drink were nice and helpful and quick despite the rush. Would recommend!
