Food good. Loved their corn dogs. Best value deal around. My wife said her American style hot dog was room temperature. Not even warm. Strawberry Limeade drink reported to be “very good”.

I don’t normally complain but this was horrible. Ordered a Reese’s Sonic Blast on 14 Oct going through the Drive thru. When I got back the hotel and opened the cup there were NO Reese’s in the cup. When I got to the bottom there might have been 5-10 pieces. Here is the rub…I saw them through the window struggling to get the pieces out of the bottom of the container they are stored in. One of the employees even looked through the door and saw me watching. Once I pulled to the window I assumed they had refilled the container and completed the order…nope. They just added ice cream and put a lid on it and sold it to me. I called and spoke to the assistant manager and he stated he remembered me coming through the drive through. I told he they did this because they could. They got my $6, but that will not buy them the integrity and honesty they will need to be successful in life. I hope this actually gets to someone who can make a difference at that location. Pathetic.

Sad sad. First off the outside of this Sonic dirty. The food I order more than half the time is wrong. This time we did an online order 2 chilli dogs. That took 30 minutes. Not one other customer there not even in the drive-thru. Then and I understand they got to check the customers I guess it was just because I was a little annoyed with how long two chili dogs took. The girl walks out and I say two chili dogs and she asks what’s the name on the order. No body else is here and I just said what we ordered just give me the food that’s probably cold now after 30 minutes of making 2 chilli dogs.
I just wish this Sonic ran better. Been to a few that I loved this one no I’m done with this Sonic.

Ordered with the app at 7:15pm. I arrived and checked in at 7:20. Order was for 7:25. I asked where my order was at 7:48. It arrived at 7:51. Both sundaes were liquid and the shake was also melted. The slushes were water. I like ordering on the app because of the discounts but this is not acceptable.

Ordered an small M&M blast… when I got it we saw no candy on top and it was completely white. Looking around in it there was maybe 15 m&m candies. We asked them about it and they said they were out of m&ms….. ? Husband ordered a chicken queso wrap… but did not get that.. he got a bacon, egg, and cheese burrito.

Absolutely the worst take out I have had in 44 years, all three meals were cold, my wife’s hotdog in her Coney was like plastic, my burgers were hard and tasted like someone spilled a cup of salt into the meat, tots were cold and doughy, even the sweet tea was bad. I learned my lesson today and will no longer do business with Stuttgart Sonic. UPDATE: Even my wife’s Cherry Limeade had a rotten cherry in it.

Took 42 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and onion rings. No napkins or salt or ketchup not even the peppermint at the bottom of the sack. Who decided that no condiments are to be included with the meal? So I guess bring your own to what once was a great fast food restaurant. Now it’s just like the trashy McDonald’s/Burger King/Wendy’s.

This sonic wait time is very lengthy, placed an order for pickup for a grilled cheeseburger with groovy fries and a slush. First and foremost, there was a bug in my food and I was five bites in before I tasted something I didn’t like. I have the picture of it, receipt, and couldn’t get anyone to answer at the Sonic for support. Will not eat here again, potentially unsanitary machines and the presence of bugs indicates that this sonic hasn’t seen an inspection in a minute or that the staff do not regular clean.

On my last order placed only minutes ago in Stuttgart Arkansas, we experienced the absolute worst everything. Meaning everything was terrible. We ordered drinks and shakes. We watched them sit the shakes on the counter, head out to bring them but instead sat them back down and.sent out 5 orders and then picked ours up and carried it out. I asked to refund or remake shakes. Then I got a.call had to leave and requested a refund. It took 15 more mins to get a refund which was a partial one. Our drinks were 3 and our total was almost 20. They gave me 8 dollars and.some change. Also dropped part of the refund on the ground and walked off. Shakes were.almost liquid like a soda and not thick and drinks had a.plastic taste so the entire order was trash. The experience was.trash. the worse customer service and food. Will never go back nor recommend to anyone. Instead I will be sure to warn anyone.
