I had my order delivered, and it took 30 minutes to arrive. Fortunately, I don’t live far away; the delay was just because they were backed up. When I finally received my food, it was hot. I ordered 15 classic wings with sweet garlic hot honey mixed with a sweet honey rub, a large fry, and two ranch dressings.

Hair nets should be enforced here because I had a loose texture hair in my food. Customer service was very helpful in getting me a refund. But hairnet is definitely needed in this restaurant.

Let me begin with the wait time. I waited 45 min for 10 wings like what it’s actually funny. Then when I got my food my fries were cold. My wings were SUBMERGED in oil. They were all wet and soggy. Just horrible. And me waiting my 45 minutes. Keep in mind i ordered to go online. So technically I waited 55 minutes. 10 minutes to get to the store and 45 minutes in store. And better yet I had seen walk ins get their food 10 minutes after ordering. Just garbage customer service.

Food was ready pretty quick but…there was no dipping sauce even after asking them to double check. The very limited amount of fries served, had been dumped all over the bottom of the bag and were covered in grease. Not worth the hassle of trying to fix it…the crew definitely didn’t appear all that concerned about taking the job seriously

First time trying wing stop and was thoroughly impressed! Wanted to give a big shout out to miss Penny that took our order, she gave us the best customer service that I think I’ve ever had in my life. Wonderful woman! Ranch was top tier, fries were awesome, mango habanero 10/10

Placed an online order for 16 wings plus sides. Only 6 wings arrived, and they weren’t even the wings I ordered. When I called the store to inform them, they only offered to refund the price of the 10 missing wings and said they can’t send out another driver. I didn’t realize the other wings order was wrong until after the first call, so when my husband called back he was told to call back at a later time. I paid extra for delivery between fees and tip based on the total amount of the order. Which means I paid more for the missing/incorrect product than what they refunded. No other options of compensation or making it right were offered. Highly disappointed in their customer service. Do not recommend using their online or delivery service as they clearly are not double checking orders before sealing the bags for delivery.

Ordered my food an hour before and they still messed up half my food. Called to ask if I could bring it back to be remade and was told to bring my food back another day??? That’s actually ridiculous.
I spent over $60 on 20 piece wings for three people and one of the boxes had only 5 nuggets in it. With no sauce.
I was also told over the phone that it would be an hour wait anyway so it was easier to come back tomorrow.
Idk who was on the phone but that was insane. If you don’t wanna be at your job, maybe just don’t work there!
I’ve never had a bad experience here except maybe waiting longer than I thought. But this was actually the worst food service I have ever received at this location.

Miss Penny and Miss Kimberly helped my wife understand what ingredients were in their sauces and rubs. My wife has an allergy of tomatoes and they brought out all the sauces and rubs they use for the wings for use to read the ingredients. Above and beyond excellent service!!

Well 3 hours later and we don’t have our food . They claim tonight they are behind , ok communicate that or how about don’t have people pay for their food then tell them it will be another hour on top of 3 . But looking at reviews this isn’t an off night seems like service has been horrible . So now 7pm we are going home to order pizza . But here’s the kicker , they have to refund my money in 5-7 business days . Can’t start process until the manager comes in tomorrow . Ok how about a gift card or voucher NOPE they don’t do gift cards . If you can’t staff shut the doors save all of our time .

I had excellent service from Ms. Cathy earlier, she answered my questions, she recommended I try the hot honey sauce for my tenders and she was right because they were fantastic. She had a great smile, excellent customer service and was very professional. She will be the reason I go back, thank you Ms. Cathy!!
