We regularly visit CAVA and usually have a great experience, but this time was extremely disappointing. The portion sizes were much smaller than usual — the employee Olivia barely filled the spoon and seemed unwilling to give a normal serving. It felt rushed and unfriendly, and definitely not the quality or consistency we expect from CAVA.

Firstly, I LOVE Cava’s food. I swear I put up with too much just because of this. But their online ordering is a MESS every time. The portion sizes at this location are very inconsistent – I’ve gotten different amounts of falafel on my bowl nearly every time I come. I place my orders in advance for pickup and they are never ready on time! This store location is never busy and I am very often the only person there. This last time – there were three staff members standing around at the front counter! And it wasn’t until after my expected order pickup time that I was then texted there would be a delay. It would have been faster to just order a new bowl at the counter at this point, as my order was still not ready by the new delayed time and I remained the only customer in the store the entire duration of my wait.

I have visited this Cava location twice this week and probably like at least 5+ other times. Every time I visited, I’ve had such a plus experience. The staff are always smiling greeting Customers was enthusiasm and provide top-tier customer service. I love Cala for the fresh food, but I specifically love this location for the incredible workers and for the most part I have not seen the same workers working aside from one or two staff members. So it seems as though great customer service is a standard this location, truly values. Plus, the place is always incredibly clean!!!

I’m addicted to the harrissa chicken bowl (which I order with brown rice and a trio of the fresh greens). I recommend getting the balsamic date and some garlic dressing on the side. NAOMI and IRIS are my favorite servera! They have a variety of juices and my favorite Maine Root Diet cola. Live this Leander location so much more than the Cedar Park one.

Leander CAVA continues to be one of our favorite spots, and it’s largely because of the incredible service. Jacob, Nomi, and Olivia have all provided exceptional experiences for our family. They’re friendly, engaging, and make you feel genuinely welcome every time; Jacob in particular is one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere.
The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and the restaurant is always clean and well maintained. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. Great service, great food, and a consistently positive experience, we’ll definitely keep coming back.

Jacob provided amazing service from the moment I walked in. He was the first person to greet me with a genuine smile and immediately made me feel welcome. He took his time explaining the different bowl options and thoughtfully recommended items for me to try, which I really appreciated.
He was extremely friendly and even took the time to ask about my holiday, which felt very personal and kind. His excellent customer service truly stood out and made my entire evening. Experiences like this are why I’ll definitely be back!
