Extremely kind, thoughtful/professional staff. I love their drinks and chai lattes, and their oh-so-popular cake pops and seasonal treats. I love their butter croissant pastry and brownies. They are super flexible with customizing drinks, obviously but the dedication and fast service are charming.

They made my drink absolutely perfect which is a rarity and their customer service was on point which is rare unfortunately Starbucks seems to have some of the worst customer service situations I’ve ever dealt with. And I’ve been going to Starbucks since I’ve been alive.lol not good but one of the only places that has matcha. Last time I came to Starbucks, I also ordered through the app and ended up waiting about 40–45 minutes. This time, I wanted to test the same thing again, so I placed another order through the app. I observed the drive-thru customers, the customers ordering at the counter, and people like me who order through the app.

From what I understand, they prepare drive-thru orders first, then the counter orders, and app orders are handled last.

My advice: Don’t order through the app.

Today the staff purposely pretended they didn’t know I was at the drive thru speaker and after waiting for like 3 minutes I had to go “HELLO?!!” to get them to take my order, all the while the sun is absolutely blasting me in the face and blinding me because this drive thru is right at the top of the hill and the sun is always blaring there. Then I get to the window and she passes me my drink and I requested it at 120 degrees and they clearly made it at at least 140 degrees because it’s burning my hand. If you’re going to ignore my request of 120 degrees then at least put a sleeve on my drink but no, they didn’t put a sleeve on my drink either. And I can’t even drink it because it’s too hot. And then when it’s time for me to pay the cashier she slams the card reader down onto the window sill of my door. Like she doesn’t wanna hold it so she just sets it on my car door.

I come here all the time for remote work and the staff and service is amazing. I worked for Starbucks for 9 years and I have been to/worked at stores where they just do not care about much. I pass about 5 Starbucks just to come here, the store manager personally brings me my stuff almost all the time, the staff brings me waters or refills as needed. One time they did throw something away that was not done yet LOL HA but they replaced it! Overall, the atmosphere is positive, great attitudes and MOST IMPORTANT (to me) is the beverage quality!

I rarely write reviews anymore but I just had an amazing experience here, the staff were so nice and were handling the drive through very well, and my drink was perfect and came out very fast.

The bathrooms were filthy and the staff didn’t seem to care when they were told how bad they were. The tables in the main sitting area also needed to be wiped down, as they had crumbs and coffee stains on them. Perhaps it was just a busy day when I visited, but it definitely could have used some cleaning up. The location is good, drinks were as expected, view is nice too.

Newly constructed, this Starbucks easily passes in cleanliness (though there was a curious, yet amusing line of ants dealing feverishly with a crumb near the door). Service and taste is all as expected, and a nice view of the valley can be had from this location mind a bulky informational kiosk.

It’s a mixed bag. The employees are generally kind. The drinks are often not full servings. If I pay $10 for a 20 ounce drink, I expect to receive 20 ounces.
