A hidden gem. Hidden in the back in the corner of a shopping center. We stumbled on this awesomeness. Food was delicious, served piping hot and fast. Looking forward to our next visit.

I don’t think I can say anything that has not already been said in these reviews, but this Vietnamese restaurant is excellent.
The service when we walk in was managed by teenagers and it was very laid-back, extremely laid-back lol but luckily, the quality of the food was not.
The Pho’s are amazing. The appetizer that we had was also outstanding. This is an extremely well run restaurant in the kitchen. Any restaurant that has an Asian market next to it has got to be good! There’s not a lot of competition luckily this restaurant stands alone as an outstanding Place for dinner.
When we first arrived at 6:20 PM on a Tuesday we were the only people in the whole restaurant and we were very nervous, however, by 7 o’clock the restaurant was 75% full. Also, there were at least a dozen takeout orders while we were there being serviced
Buyer beware, the large is an extremely large amount of soup. You will be taking it home.

All I can say is Dr. Suess anyone?! I literally had a green egg today that was hidden, and when I flipped the egg over, which was old by the way, it was green! Needless to say my stomach is still upset after eating this food! I ordered chicken dumplings, combination fried rice and noodles with beef. Those dumplings were so bland, I was like, where is the seasoning. It tasted like they didn’t even add salt or pepper and just boiled the dumplings. Absolutely no flavor. The fried rice looked old and tasted like it wasn’t even fresh. The beef in the noodles was hard and inedible. I mean, my meal was so bad, I threw all my food away and not even looking back. I will never come here again, but be careful and check to make sure your food is fresh.

I am a long time customer of Viet’s Cuisine. Your food is so good, I have tried most of your menu, except the drinks, but I also believe they are good. What I didn’t understand was that some people took advantage of your health’s score to bring you down. Your restaurant always clean, well maintained, and spotless to me from what I can see from your dining area. And I believe it should be so in the kitchen. Speaking of health’s score, you have been “very healthy” in the past 10 years, but just a recent drop together with some other local restaurants, like Green Ginger, or Kobe Steakhouse,.. just named a few…. I hope it was just a co-incident for all Asian foods in PTC. Regardless, I support you and keep coming. I trust my eyes more than people’s reviews. I hope they (health dept) remove your “bad” score soon. Best of luck. Here’s your 5’s. I hope I can give you more to make up for those who have just recently tried to bring you down.

It was my first time here. Pretty delicious pho!! I got the beef pho with the tendon, trip, and flank steak. Meat was tender, broth was flavorful, plenty of noodles, The chili garlic sauce is back in stock after being in short demand over the past couple of months. I love it in my pho!
I also had the pork and shrimp spring rolls. It comes with the peanut sauce, which is a favorite for me! I wasn’t a fan of the pork as i expected it to be roasted. It was not. If i get the spring rolls next time i ll just do shrimp.
The menu is a booklet.. lol, so many things that I want to try! I can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu!
Service was quick and friendly! Pretty reasonably prices!

I am a sucker for the phenomenal peanut sauce here. My friend and I get pho here every now and then and it’s delicious. I recommend the spring rolls as appetizers. We got the stuffed jalapenos, too, and they were okay. The staff are friendly and swift, but they look kinda understaffed. (Or maybe I was just too distracted by my pho.)

Never mind those who have been given you negative points and comments. You don’t need them anyway. Try to stay open. Those inspectors and customers don’t even wash their hands after using the toilet. They just meant to hit the Asian restaurants like yours.
