We went to the Shack of Ellijay because of its high rating and were disappointed! Although the service was nice but the food are just ok for us! Con’s: The hot soup was not very flavorful, full of broken noodles, not enough meat and no vegetables ! The cold bowl tasted good but too much rice and not enough meat or vegetables! Pros: The vegetables dumplings were delicious and the pork belly buns are tasty as well! With the price we paid $66 for 2 people, we could have much better view and food from the Roof Restaurant!

We LOVE the Shack! The food is amazing, the service is great and so friendly, and it’s as cute as can be. Even my son who is super picky loves coming here for the ramen and bubble tea. Cant recommend it enough!

Hidden gem in a tourist town. Went here with my daughters after coffee across the street. Pleasantly surprised to find Asian food in a country town. Pho was great. Poke bowl really good. Definitely a great option if you want something besides tourist food.

They went above and beyond providing us the most delicious food, best service. The atmosphere was amazing. Truly had a good time, our bellies are full and so are our hearts! This place is amazing!! The servers were so great- they answered a ton of questions and served our party of seven quickly. The food they made and served us was SO good!! We all had Vietnamese spring rolls (gluten free!) that were so flavorful. The fresh basil and 2 sauces made the dish. I had a char sui ramen bowl. The broth was incredible! It also had bbq pork, bacon, and a hard boiled egg. I was able to get rice noodles (gluten free). Everyone at my table finished every bit- the poke bowls and make your own bowls were also fabulous! The building is a little funky and reminded me of the kitchy restaurants in a college town. This is a place that I will have to go to again!

Such a cute place! They are very knowledgeable about gluten and can modify most of the food items to be gluten free. They have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.
the customer service was awesome. The chef was so sweet and engaging. They own the tapz tapas a couple stores over as well.
