Big plates of spicy-hot Thai dishes cooked in a relaxed, comfortable strip-mall setting.

Me and my girlfriend stopped by Thai Bistro on our monthly dinner date, and we very much enjoyed our meals! The service was great here, the food was great, and the atmosphere was great!
We had fried rice with Tofu and Thai sweet and sour with chicken. Both of these were medium spice. Medium was a good choice as there was a noticable taste of spice but nothing overwhelming or too spicy. The flavor was great with both dishes!

Went in for lunch. Had garden rolls with delishous peanut sauce. House ginger with chicken. Pad Thai with tofu. Everything was great. Service very friendly. Beautiful artwork on the walls. Price was ok. Garden rolls at $10.95 were almost the price of an entree. The whole meal turned into a $45. Lunch ( including tip) with only water to drink. I’ll go back and will be more attentive to how we order.

Thai Bistro in Littleton has been one of my go-to favorites for nearly 20 years, and it never fails to impress. From the perfectly crispy egg rolls to the rich, flavorful drunken noodles, every meal is memorable.
Over the years, some of my absolute favorites have been their duck dishes and their incredible tapioca dessert. While the tapioca dessert is no longer offered since COVID, and duck isn’t on the main menu due to rising prices, you can sometimes still request it from the chef—it’s absolutely worth asking!
Even with these changes, Thai Bistro remains a true Littleton treasure. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere welcoming, and the experience always leaves you wanting to return. This is a place that deserves to be supported and to stay in business for many more years to come.

Had a great experience at Thai Bistro! I ordered the Spicy Thai with Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Thai with Beef — both were absolutely delicious. The spice level was just right, and the flavors were spot on. Although they were short-staffed and had a limited menu during my visit, the service was still friendly and efficient. The calming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to coming back when the full menu is available!

Thai Bistro was my introduction to high quality Thai food about 20 years ago. I’ve been a weekly customer ever since and this review is long overdue. Chris and Patti are wonderful operators and I’m happy to continue to support their family run business.
The food is consistently excellent, always prepared fresh and quick, and always the perfect level of spice.
The Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodle, Beef Panang Curry, and Basil Fried Rice are our go-to’s and never disappoint.
Highly recommend dining in as it is a very comfortable atmosphere for both dinner and lunch. Excellent Lunch special options too, especially for those of us who work remote!

For decades, Thai Bistro has been a pillar of Thai cuisine in the south Denver area. I have been eating here for 20+ years and it has been consistently incredible; true testament to their integrity in upholding these wildly delicious recipes. And the BEST Drunken Noodles in Colorado… PERIOD. Every dish is unique in its flavor profiles and every bite is just as good as the last. They also sling delicious cocktails inspired from Southeast Asia along with offering an array of Asian beers. If you want Thai done right, or if you are new to Thai food, look no further. 10/10 ที่สุด!

A great place to grab authentic Thai cuisine. We had the Pad Kra Pow and the Yellow Curry with spring rolls. The service was great, despite them being short staffed. Everything we had was delicious and I highly recommend eating here!

We got the pad thai and the spicy fried rice, both with chicken and medium spice level. The food was fantastic, super flavorful. This is easily some of the best thai food we’ve gotten in the Denver area. Definitely recommend.

Really wanted to try this place and it was such a breath of fresh air. I had two things that are NOT on the menu but they were insanely delicious: 1) Garden rolls (unfried with rice paper!) were so insanely good. Avocado, cabbages, cucumber, carrot, tofu…so insanely good & the best ones I’ve found anywhere around Denver. And 2) was the roast duck curry! Duck isn’t so popular in America but omg it was perfect. So happy I found this dish somewhere near home after falling in love with it overseas. Last thing we wanted to try was the sticky rice & Thai custard. So happy we did, because it was incredibly unique & delicious. Service was also so prompt & wonderful, I’m so grateful that they were willing to tell me about the off-the-menu items after I’d asked about the two things i wanted but didn’t see on the menu. Will DEFINITELY come back, I’ve found my new favorite Thai place

I have eaten nearly every dish on the menu, and they range from excellent to amazing. The wait staff is attentive, the food arrives very quickly, the music is unobtrusive, and the decorations are beautiful. The best restaurant for miles around, especially if you love spicy food.
