Went through the drive thru moments ago to get a two piece strip meal with baked beans and coleslaw. I was greeted by a rude gentleman at first and finished by someone running the drive thru window. Forgot my barbecue even tho I told them twice, gave me a doughy biscuit and just had my baked beans sloshed in there without warning and’s ended up getting them on me and only gave me one napkin. This is ridiculous customer service when they weren’t even than busy. I will not be returning to this location.

I live 45 miles away and yesterday 3/3/2026 I ordered 42 dollars of food including 8.00 dollars for 12 biscuits. When I got home I didn’t have my biscuits. Today I called and asked that I be refunded to my debit card the 8.00 dollars. I was told that I would have to travel 45 miles and show them the food I ordered to show I didn’t receive the biscuits. I was told if you don’t get something you have to bring the food back showing you didn’t get it. My refund was denied and this is not the first, second, or third time this has happened from the Corbin Lee’s. Don’t patronize this restaurant for it’s blanant theft.

Having experienced many Chicken Tenders across the tender spectrum, Lees in Corbin stands out as perhaps the very tastiest. We ordered the 16 tender box, and I’d came out hot and delicious. The staff was helpful and kind. Their southern accent was musical! Total ambience was ripe for a great dining experience! We’ll be back y’all. Sweet!

This is a superlative Lee’s restaurant! Been here a couple times the past 3 weeks and the food, price and service were exceptional.
The staff were attentive and responsive to customers, polite and friendly.
Don’t waste your time visiting other chicken restaurants in the area, including the one with a museum, because you want to go here. I highly recommend this particular Lee’s. The combo meals are delicious and loaded with flavor and the quantity of food is surprisingly generous.
By the way, the store was clean and tidy. Well Done, will frequent this place often.

This is probably the worst Lees I have ever been to. We stood at the counter waiting about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Even then, we were just told ” Someone will be with you”… the workers all seemed like they hated being there.
That was also evident in how filthy the store was. I should have just left but my hubby loves Lees, and we dont have any close to home. .
We got our food from the only descent worker, which is the one prepping food and carrying out the orders. Food was alright.
While dining, the drive thru worker , a maybe 17 year old boy with dark hair and a huge chip on his shoulder, starts hollering how “omg the police officer who pulled (him) over is in the drive through” as he continued to gloat about his experience and carry on vs doing anything useful.
It was embarrassing, really. I feel bad for the officer and sure hope his meal was ok. We were just amazed how no one working, except the one girl from the back, who was straighening up the sauces and restocking things, seemed like it was important to clean up anything, do any work, as most the tables were filthy, floors even worse as was the drink station. There was literally a baggie and a pudding cup sitting by the counter that the workers all walked past. Pitiful.

Stopped by Lee’s Famous Recipe in Corbin for 1st time. Upon walking in…no one was at register to take our orders. BUT, there were 2 kiosks there to place orders. BUT…they weren’t working!! After several minutes of confusion and not knowing what to do??? A girl sweeping dining room finally stopped what she was doing to come over and take our order! She was more interested in sweeping than waiting on customers!!! After taking our order she went back to sweeping. Other customers came in… she continued to sweep. They also stood there waiting and confused bc there was no one to take orders!!! Between sweeping the floors, the cashier would handle the food from kitchen to patrons. Did not like what I saw!! Sweeping floors, handling money, handling food…does not mix with me!! No hand washing involved!!! There has to be a better way of doing things!
Chicken strips and potato wedges were good! We overheard cashier tell customers they were out of chicken strips and potato wedges!

These were the best employees, the potato wedges, i mean, could they be any better? They need to sell frozen bags of them, so i could get them in Iowa

Every time I have come here the chairs are up and it looks like they’re closing. I went tonight at 7:30 PM because I thought they were open. They have their hours on the door as a matter of fact and it said that they closed at 10. There was some blonde girl sweeping inside while my partner and I were at the door trying to get some food. She didn’t say anything to us about being open or closed, so we waited at the drive through for 5 minutes since the lights were on and there were about 4-5 cars in the parking lot. I don’t know if they were just having a smoking sesh inside or what but they must’ve forgot about running the restaurant. I even called them to see if they were open while in the drive through, and there was no answer. I’ve yet to eat the food, but based on my experience with this restaurant I would be hesitant to go back.

I placed my order and paid online. Arrived at pick up time, drive thru was super backed up so I went inside. I had to wait for the young man at the register to quit goofing off and turn around to acknowledge my being there. I gave my name. He then asked the young man in the prep/cook area and was told he didn’t know where my order was. After SEVERAL minutes of the register boy flirting with the girl working the drive through (throwing paper wads and snapping towels at one another), a box was placed in the “ready” spot. It was not mine. So I asked again when my order would be ready. By this time it was 15 minutes past my pickup time. Again, I was told they didn’t know but I would be next. I explained to them that I had a 6:30 pick up time and this is getting ridiculous. That made them mad and they would not speak to me the rest of the transaction. Approx. 3 minutes later my order was ready. Food was hot, but not fresh so it isn’t like they were cooking it and that was the hold up. After I receive my order, I asked for ketchup to go along with my potato wedges. They threw the ketchup in my bag and slid it on the counter towards me. There was no “I apologize for your wait” nor “thank you – have a nice day”. Nothing. The customer service I received and the level of disrespect was disgraceful and an embarrassment for the owners of this franchise.
