The jacksonville TX store gave breasts that had been sitting here for hours. Very dry. Asked for 2 more they decided they would make us wait extra time. The manager Richard told them too because we were told 10 minutes but it took longer. Sorry service. (Second batch was good) but service is the reason we wont be back.

I got the chicken gizzards, there was hardly any in the box. I also got a chicken breast. The skin was hanging off of it. I’ve been to other chicken expresses, they’ve never been like that before. I took my son. We spent like 38 bucks. It’s not worth it, I wouldn’t go back there

This was my second trip here I’m relocating. Food was great, fish cooked to order seasoned well. Staff were very friendly and professional. Kept me updated on when my food would be ready, and the portion sizes are generous. So far two out of two. I will come back .

Asked for a biscuit instead of a roll 3 times and still got a roll. Asked for a regular #1 combo, but got a regular and spicy mix instead… And finally, the gravy is basically pure water, and only half full… Also, customer service is non existent. They did get my drink right at least.
