The bald guy at the front was so rude. My family and I went in for lunch, it was 8 of us. We asked for condiments and all we got was one ranch and one bbq… i went back with my little brother and asked for more and the bald guy with tattoos grabbed a handful of ranch and threw them on the counter and said in such rude tone “I already gave you sauce”. Overall his customer service was horrible, I understand people have bad days, but it shouldn’t be taken out on customers especially kids. It’s unbelievable and unfortunate.

I don’t even know why I keep coming to Carl’s jr. The prices have become so inflated and it’s not like the quality of the food has improved. It’s way overpriced for what it is. And then today, at this location, I order a double famous star combo, medium size with waffle fries, and this is the amount of waffle fries that I got. The container that holds the fries had so much empty space in it, and there’s no way that the people who packed my order didn’t know that. Makes me wonder if the ownership directs them to short customers on things like this. Unfortunately I didn’t see the amount of fries I received until I got home and opened the bag with my order that I got in the drive-thru. Absolutely ridiculous.

The burgers are really great in this restaurant Alex the manager was nice enough to serve the hamburgers to us personally kudos Alex thanks Alex appreciate that. I am completely baffled. I stopped by for a late night snack & ordered ONLY 2 spicy chicken sandwhiches & ended up paying almost 15 dollars plus 1.80 to run my chip??? Wow. Theft at it’s finest. I remember when these sandwiches were like 2-3 bucks & spent no more than 7 bucks. Never again. Sorry Carls. You ain’t all thst for 15 dollar chicken sandwhiches.

They gave me waffle fries that had been cooked 2xs in oil. In a couple minutes the went from hot to cold and from soft to as hard as a tortilla. Wouldn’t recommend this Carl’s Jr. I also had a hair in my chicken sandwich. Worst Carl’s Jr ever. When I tried calling to complain, they ignored my calls. SMH I recommend the carls on Knott and Lincoln instead. They never disappoint.

This is one of my favorites restaurant regarding hamburgers.You never go wrong with their burgers from cheese burger to special 6 million burgers the tastes are amazing. Today I ordered their new specialty the 100% angus beef burger for lunch. It was big and juicy, with the cheese melted, blended in with lettuce and freshly cut tomatoes along with French fried it was delicious and made my lunch completed . They always have deals daily and besides with the coupons? You could save more money with that. The bottom line is I love this restaurant.
