The overall experience was not that OK. Ordered through the app, drove to location. Arrived at location between “Estimated Pickup Time” and my pizza was not ready. Took another fifteen to twenty minutes to receive my pizza. The two employees that communicated with me were very polite.

Don’t go here unless you want to wait 2 hrs for pizza and still not get it. Order placed at 6:02 on the app, pizza finally put into oven at 6:50. At 7:30 app still says in oven. So I call to cancel, no answer. Drive up there and there’s 20 people in the lobby waiting for pizza and have been there and ignored for over an hour. So I asked for a refund. Was told by a very snippy gal that the manager was too busy and that we would have to wait. That was unacceptable to myself and several of the other people waiting who also wanted to cancel their order so we vocalized the urgency and were promptly greeted with a manager and given refunds.
Their customer service could have saved that from happening but I was told my several of the people waiting that the workers refused to come to the registers or acknowledge them. They would place orders in the hotbox or the portal and when talked to by a customer, they would quickly return to the back. They were also calling out pizza orders and when the person had clearly left, they were throwing the order out. There were probably 6 or so orders sitting getting cold on the cutting station.
So instead of coming out and saying “I’m so sorry about the long wait and we appreciate your patience. Who was here first? Can I have your name to check on your order?”…They ignored hungry, tired, paying customers.
So not only did they have to refund a dozen or more orders and trash hundreds of dollars in product, they also had to pay the employees that weren’t really employee’ing very well. Pretty counterproductive evening if you ask me.

I ordered a Detroit deep dish pizza through DoorDash tonight. It tasted like dish soap, so had to throw the whole pizza away. Was trying to call to get ahold of the store to let them know, but one person picked up, said something and then hung up (didn’t catch it). Tried to call back again but this time it just kept ringing. The crazy bread I ordered tasted fine, but disappointed I had to throw the other half of my order out.

Tarrah D. is a horrible manager and should be fired. Whoever was working the night of 1/31/26 should be fired as well. We waited over an hour for our pizza only to find out they were holding onto the order for an hour and just “forgot” to put it in the pizza portal. The new employee they were “training” told us they accidentally forgot. They also had several other peoples orders stacked up back there and never brought them out. The Manager Tarrah D. later on lied and said you have no idea when it could’ve been ready when the other employee admitted it was sitting there and they forgot it.

The manager Tarrah D. refunded us then got into an argument and said we can’t keep the frozen cold pizza because “that’s not how it works.” She was also arguing with other customers refusing to give them refunds for their 1$ sauces even though it was their own fault for running out of sauce cups. She said it “wasn’t possible to refund them for sauce cups.”

Horrible customer service and a waste of a night because of people who can’t even do their job.

I ordered food at 6:00pm on 02/12, headed to the store at the predicted pickup time to find 20-30 people already waiting. Two employees in the back just stacking pizza 15 high and putting bread sticks into the warmer. Not a single order was put out to customers from 430-7:30 according to the people that were still waiting there. One lady came in and yelled to the back and a manager finally came out. One by one they canceled 15 plus orders. This is unacceptable.

Normally I am not one to really give a bad review. This one is because for the first time ever since I have been going to this place they got my order wrong. I felt like service was just in a not caring mood for anyone coming tonight because they were so far behind in orders and just didn’t want to take anyone’s orders that came in. I’m literally trying to figure out how you can mess up a cheese pizza order. I asked for cheese pizza and got a pepperoni pizza. Like come on people you have had better service than you had today.

Went into Little Caesar’s and placed orders one day ahead for 4:30pm the following day and paid for it . Went to pick up orders the following day , waited 45 minutes along with 20 other customers and was told we don’t know when we will have your orders ready because we are working on 80 pizzas right now! We all just stood there at the same time the front cashier continues to take walk in orders! As 20 others are waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes for their orders. These orders were placed 5 hours before or the day before! After awaiting for 50 minutes I requested for a refund. Clearly they don’t care about customer services as the cashier continues to take orders . Bad management! Stay away!!!

Dirty store, rude and unprofessional staff, and extremely poor service. We waited an hour and a half just to get a refund. The manager never apologized and acted annoyed by customers. Staff showed no urgency or concern while the lobby filled up. Worst experience I’ve ever had—will not be back. Whoever the manager was working Saturday night, 1/10/2026, needs to be fired.

These guys don’t even deserve a star of any kind. I’ve been a good customer to these people but lately they’ve been jerks. Very nasty pizzas, They will not give me the managers names. I spoke with two different ones and neither one of them want to give me their names. I do not recommend.
