Thank you to the GM’s Mario and Josh for trying their best to go above and beyond for the customers and thank you to the female bartender who always has great energy and outstanding service. Last week, the shift leader encouraged us to go elsewhere for drink specials so we left without ordering anything and the GM’s Mario and Josh did everything they could to try to make it right. We came back in to give it another shot but the same shift leader intentionally ignored us while he hovered close by engaging with other patrons at the bar, but luckily the bartender had great energy and Josh made sure we were taken care of. Would have loved to give a five star review, but the cold energy from the shift lead two weekends in a row was offputting and seems like a pattern of consistent behavior. I will come back in and give it another shot and hopefully give it the five star rating that Torchy’s deserves! Thank you, Josh for having us back to Torchy’s

As of day of this review, tacos were downsized. And idk if it was just tonight but the quality was shot. Queso was still amazing and chips were super fresh this time. But yea, wont be frequenting Torchys nearly as often now. Just not worth the price. Still great staff though. If I go again and things are better, ill def recall this review and make adjustments.

I kept seeing the Torchy’s Tacos is offering of “The Double Feature” meal deal for $20 on my Facebook feed so I thought I would try it out. This special deal claims to feeds two people and includes 6 street tacos (choice of barbacoa, carne asada, or green chile pork). We picked one of each to try it out. and it includes 2 fountain drinks, and a side of rice and beans. I wasn’t a fan of the tacos in this featured deal and the rice and beans didn’t leave much of an impression. We also bought the Baja Shrimp taco for an additional $5.95, now I was genuinely impressed since the previous tacos were lacking.
I appreciated the self-ordering kiosk. While the space wasn’t entirely spotless, it was cleaner than most places. I didn’t have a chance to check the bathrooms.

Cheyenne was great! Atmosphere was upbeat yet calming. Great space for lunch, dinner, or a quick bite! No true servers at the establishment, but if you are looking for a more personable touch for your experience, sitting at the bar and having the bartender attend to your every need is great. She made me feel very welcomed. Highly recommend. Thank you Cheyenne.

Quick update: Your establishment sells alcohol but everyone is not knowledgeable in making drinks. We had two Long Islands and a different young woman was behind r the bar and expressed to another employee that she doesn’t know how to make it. He has da her an instruction card on how to and needless to say to say, they were not good but we didn’t bother with making a fuss. I only recommend that you put the proper knowledge individuals in the bar area.

The food at Torchy’s is fantastic! I stopped in last night and sat at the bar. Cheyenne took care of me and was super nice and a pleasure to chat with. I had my usual – the street corn and Hogfather….AMAZING! I also tried the Ronin, which was equally AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place. I’ve only ever been to the one in Forney, but I would imagine the food at their other locations are also just as good (although you won’t get the benefit of having Cheyenne to serve you at the other locations)

Checked out this place for the first time. Sat at the bar top and started out with chips and green chile queso. Sara was the bartender, and gave prompt service. Food came out hot and fresh. Tacos were quite large. Will definitely be back.
