First time ordering from Little Caesars in Vineland, and was so disappointed when my four grandchildren opened up the boxes, and saw two dry burnt cheese pizzas. The other one looked just as bad. My drink paid and ordered was not delivered. I expected better from Little Caesars. This pizza must have been at least 1 days old or maybe from Super Bowl Sunday and no one wanted it. I’ve had Little Caesars before in Trenton, New Jersey. The cheese is soft and not burnt dry. The pizzas were ordered due to an emergency that happened in the family. Here are some of the images below. We had it delivered since I’m not from this area. I would never have taken those pizza home. I was embarrassed to present this to my grandchildren. A well known business like yours should never have received pizzas that look like this at all. I would like a full refund or pizza replacement, you have the receipts of my purchase. Make it right please.

I ordered some food for me and my friends , and all i have to say is that cookie dough brownie should NOT be sold ! The dough completely tastes raw , I originally ordered the Twix brownie and didn’t receive that , but still grateful for receiving something. Besides that the pizza was good , but it was not HOT & READY!

I ordered five pizzas at 6:20 pm last night I got a notification my order was ready to be picked up at 6:50 I had gotten there the exact time for pickup there was about at least 20 people in there either waiting for their food or waiting to place an order.
By time I got to the counter and gave my name the girl at the register said the two Detroit style pizza I had ordered they ran out of dough for it. She then asked if I wanted them to make me to round and I said no, I just want my money back for the two I wasn’t getting. The three other pizzas the boxes weren’t even warm so she went to get another employee to help. He came out from the back I explained to him what was going on. That I wanted my money back from the two pizzas that apparently they couldn’t make. He asked her where are my two other boxes went and she told him she gave them to somebody else. She told him that she asked me if I wanted them to make two more. That’s not what was said. So not only did she lied to me about what happened to them she gave them to another customer. The man helping her couldn’t figure out how to give me my money back from the two pizzas that I was no longer getting even looking at the receipt. My order was $40.46 I gave them $41 to pay for my order and he still couldn’t figure out what I’m supposed to get back. At this point I told him at that I don’t want any of the pizza now the other three are now cold this is ridiculous and I just want my money back. Well then he replied you need to calm down why you trippen so I had to remind him why and that he was very unprofessional not only to me but the woman in front of me as well. There’s no coordination or communication in there and three people working when I went that’s ridiculous. The attitudes to customers and mannerism is bad for business. I don’t know who that man is used to taking to like that outside of his employment but you don’t do that shit at work two customers. Something seriously needs to be done about this location it’s a joke

I never posted a review on a place, but the service was very bad today. Not because there was only 3 people (it’s understandable they’d be backed up on a Saturday with only 3 people), but because they were disorganized and uncoordinated. They would give parts of people’s orders to other customers to get them out of the door faster and then expect others to wait longer as they remake part of the order while the rest gets cold. At first this one worker told me and my mom there was no more dough for the deep dish pizzas and that she could give us an extra round one. I said “why wouldnt they call and tell us they were out of something” (or at least say something before the payment) then when my mom said she wants a refund, the girl then sends out a guy to handle the refund, he asked if we didn’t want the deep dishes which we explained the girl said there’s no more dough for it. He made a face like “why would she say that” and then asked her where the pizzas were. The girl then said “they were made but were given away and they didn’t wanna wait longer for a new one.” So she basically lied to us. Then as people are venting frustration about their food being given away, the guy doing the refund is saying “I dont know why y’all are complaining, theres only 3 of us. Either wait for the food or get a refund.” He was very rude to my mom too when trying to get a refund and he told her she’s “tripping” when she just said she doesn’t want any of the food anymore, she just wanted a full refund. And he almost didnt give her the full refund, I had to call out the error in the amount he gave. He was also rude to other customers as well.

Hands down the worst Little Ceasars ever. Don’t waste your time coming here. Tried it twice. Once walking in, again by ordering online. Both times the customer service was the worst. Your presence as a customer is an inconvenience to them. Just terrible. I’m glad Little Ceasars emailed me asking for a review after the online order. They were able to get the entire experience for both days. THE WORST.

This is a fantastic Little Caesars location. Great friendly staff, the food was delicious. This location is much better than others I’ve visited. I recommend ordering ahead and using the pizza portal. You just punch in the number and your pizza stays warm while you’re driving there.
