I don’t know why this Del Taco location has such low ratings. I’ve gone like 2 or 3 times over the past week or so at around 12pm or 1pm via the drive through and the lady that took care of me was professional, friendly and efficient. I’m not the biggest fan of Mexican food and even I can appreciate how good the jumbo shrimp tacos are. 2 for 6 bucks are an absolute steal. Ambiance is great too, right on Lake and close to the McDonald’s, so mostly a safe area during both day and night.

They promote selling breakfast “all day” but I have never been able to order a breakfast burrito in the afternoon or evening.
The last two times they said they didn’t have eggs. Tonight 2/22 the same thing “we don’t have egg.” Whatever question we did ask to get more info as to why this ALWAYS happens she just kept saying “we don’t have eggs.”
Not sure if they sell out all the time or there’s extra work that goes into cooking eggs during job breakfast hours. Annoying.

Also, the beans were burnt this round. All other food was good, especially the shrimp tacos.

Bad attitude , guy working the nite shift seemed very angry and pissed off, told thats the way he is. First time going will not be going back anytime soon, o yea food look like it was thrown together , a miss with this one, if go don’t go at nite!!!!!

Went to the drive thru right after ordering through the app to CONFIRM my order with the modifications.
Not only did they CONFIRM they will do the modifications. And confirmed that they were indeed added. They gave my my vegan partner cheese and beef. After SPECIFICALLY REQUESTING the modifications.
They disconnected their phone line so you cant even call to make it right. They take forever when there’s NO ONE and we were the only ones in line.
This del taco is worse than the one that closed down which was also just a terrible and awful. Do not come here if you want del taco. Make the sacrifice to go to another.

Worst food experience ever. Ordered the carne asada fries and asked for them well done—what I got was soggy, leaking, and barely had any carne asada, tomatoes, or onions. The portion was sad and underwhelming. Also tried a street taco and couldn’t get past one bite—soggy, flavorless, and the texture was all wrong. Really disappointing.

I had a long, very detailed account of my last visit, but this time I’ll keep it short and simple. Simple ingredients need more attention, here they get less. The food is always wrong and the beans were that last bit scraped off the side of the pan, just old and dried out. People that serve bad food doesn’t deserve to be in the food industry. My wife reminded me that this makes the 5th time I ordered the tostada and didn’t eat it. I must be way past my after drinking no taste buds moment in life because this food is always bad and the food Is always delivered with the bags unsealed and the tostada box unsealed. It’s so easy to put 1 sticker on a box…or is it!? Dun dun dun dunnnn…..

The 2 ladies working cheated me out of a large fries after upgrading the Del Box on the app. When thanking the cashier, she replied, “No, thank YOU” which was highly suspicious… only to find out I got a small fries instead. I can’t even contact the app support to get a refund.

I came in to order for quick snacks. I requested special order. No hot sauce no spicy sauce on it. Cheese quesadilla snack this employee put very little cheese on it. Very bland dry tortilla I tasted one bite I saw it was too thin not enough cheese quesadilla snacks. Two tortilla I felt wasted and I requested to put little more but this rude looking employee refuse and wanted to charge me extra and treated me less and limited which is not fair .I wouldn’t come back again
