We were greeted immediately by friendly staff who introduced themselves by name. The customer service was top notch from start to finish. And the old world style pizza….. Oh, and the house made ranch was soooooo good too! Definitely worth more than what they are charging for it.

We LOVE ordering and eating here, but when we got garlic knots… they were all completely burnt on the bottom (with pictures). As someone who orders here frequently with my spouse and my family, this is something I have never experienced before until today. I say that because my husband said there were no customers in the restaurant and there were 4 employees. We can’t even eat the garlic knots without tasting the burnt bottoms.

Ordered a cesear salad and Greek salad. Got 2 Greek salads asked to redeliver and got a second Greek salad and was told it was cesear even dressing was Greek and frozen . When does cesear salad have beans and Greek dressing. And when does cesear look exactly like the Greek salad my hubby ordered. By the time it defrosted it was 100 percent Greek dressing. Went here 2 months ago with family who was coming up from the South (late review, adding now since I’m bored). First time going, the food was great! I liked how crispy and cheesy the pizza was. The garlic bread knots tasted pretty well. The service was nice, but workers didn’t talk much . The atmosphere was very cozy, I love the style of restaurant they have going on. The inside was a little hot (because of the giant stone oven which I love) but it had good seating options. Surprisingly, my family thought it was the best pizza they EVER had! What’s good is that they were pleased and that’s why I think it’s good. Love to see the family happy!

So whoever this Man that worked Sunday at 7:30pm on February 22, 2026 from Airport Way, Fairbanks needs more TRAINING. You are not a customer service person you should stick to washing dishes Me and my family love ordering from this pizza place but everytime I ask for one thing he would rudely say “Is that it?” Like NO! I have a big family and I would pay 100 plus dollars for our meals (BIG ORDER) Isn’t thats what all companies look forward too? And on top of that he hung up on me without telling me my total. So to you that answered my call i suggest you be more nicer to people because you never know you just ruined it for the delivery guy. But im not gonna be you and be RUDE
P.S If your having a bad day, leave it at home. Don’t ruined it for The GREAT PIZZA ALASKA.

Delicious pizza and garlic knots. We were there at noon. No wait. The garlic, mozzarella, and mushrooms were all fresh. (Everything may be fresh, but those are the fresh ingredients we ordered.)The bottom of the crust was not soggy and the edges of the crust were not crunchy. They achieved crust perfection. 3 12” pizzas would have fed 4 of us. With the garlic knots, we had a few slices leftover. The garlic knots were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Wonderful texture. Love this place!

Amazing as always. My dad and I had just gotten in towards the end of them fulfilling a dining order for a UAF sports team, which was all guys, so you know that they can eat.
We did not have to wait very long for our drinks or food. The guys working were amazing… As always. This is hands-down my favorite pizza place in Fairbanks.
