I enjoy bringing my family here when we are in town. The pizza and salads are good. The last 2 times I ordered the wings they were super tough and fatty and no one could eat them. I’d avoid. The playground and outside area is wonderful for kids. I like that they offer ice cream pops. Last visit was a couple of days ago and when I got my emailed receipt I was shocked at what we paid. A 16” pizza was $34!! Even more shocking (maybe? I don’t drink so I’m never ordering cocktails) was the price of my husband’s paloma – $21!!!! Absurd.

Don’t sleep on Suds monkey’s Pizza! Both the thin NY style and the Detroit stroke are both great. Honestly one of the better pizza in the greater dripping springs area. Great food, solid playground, good beers, and they always have fun events to keep everyone of all ages entertained. They also do a great job with their food specials throughout the week!

We booked our rehersal and pre-wedding dinner here based on recommendations from friends without ever setting foot in the restaurant. We finally made it out to try before the actualy event and absolutely love the food and beer! Carter and Skip have been extremely transparent and easy to work with and their food is really well made and tasty. Skip and his team were extremely polite and courteous and even walked us through what to expect the day of our event. We are really happy with our booking and can NOT wait to come back and show our friends and family the amazing food and beers! Thank you Skip and Carter for everything! Look forward to seeing yall in February!

Suds Monkey is just next to me and I have never been there. I ordered pizzas to go today, and the pizzas were awesome. I ordered both the Mustang and Superbird, and my favorite was definitely the superbird. It was delicious. I can’t wait to try it on site and experience it first hand soon.
There was a little wait for pickup as there was no one at the pickup window for a while.

This brewery is very busy on a Saturday, with a very family friendly atmosphere. They had a outdoor large playground for kids, and treats for kids as well. There was also live music/ entertainment when I was there. I tried their Mint Chocolate Stout on nitro. It is very special. I did taste the Mint and the cocoa flavor. It is, of course, smooth. It is definitely memorable.

Food –
Pizza was fantastic – stick with the Pizza!
The lettuce in my salad was not fresh – it was yellow iceberg lettuce and our croutons were quite stale.
Service / Atmosphere –
Do NOT show up on Saturday afternoon if you expect decent service!
We saw on their website that they have bingo at 7 pm, so we showed up at 5pm for a quick pizza and beer date.
ALMOST every single table inside the empty restaurant is already reserved for an event in 2 hours.
We took one of the few tables that wasn’t reserved, just for somebody to come and put a reserved sign on it WHILE we are eating there and then proceed to ask if we are staying for bingo.
When we tell him no, he says it’s not until 6:30.
Between 5:00 and 6:00, we get harassed about our table 3 different times from 3 different employees.
At this point I complained to bar staff – nobody wanted to admit to being a manager there……..that was convenient.
As we start to wrap our meal at 6:15 a group of people who had been in the restaurant for quite a while approached us and told us the table was reserved for them!
They were looking at us the ENTIRE time just waiting for us to leave.
When I expressed my frustration to staff, my concerns were dismissed and minimalized. It was disappointing to say the least.
I was eventually offered some drink comps for my next visit.
I’ll make sure that it’s not on a Saturday – I suggest you do the same.

Absolutely delicious pizza. Suds monkey is a super family friendly place with beer, pizza, and wings. It’s also dog friendly. The food is amazing, always comes out hot, the staff is friendly, and the playground and large outdoor area is perfect for hanging out or with kids.Great place in Dripping for the whole family.

Beer was good, but the selection was small, and two were sold out, which didn’t help. Super friendly staff with plenty of seating and games for the whole family. There was even a separate little kids play area. Bonus: they were serving made to order pizza, for FREE. Had great crispy crust that really hit the spot. Not sure how long that is going on, but hell yeah! For beer, I had the Punk Monkey (Porter) that was solid.
