I call ahead and order at least 2 large orders of the jalapeno bites.
By the time I get there they are ready. They have gotten to where they recognize my voice and certainly my order and are always friendly. The drive-thru help are the absolute friendliest in town.

It seems the GM has been replaced, as he was the only one to ever treat us poorly, I can’t say I feel bad.
Tried the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, it was amazing. The DM was running the show with respect and dignity. That’s a nice change of pace.

Both new sauces that ‘go’ with the pulled pork & brisket sandwiches were disappointing. Luckily, there was some three pepper sauce still available. (The staff said that sauce was being discontinued) Although we used very little of that because the meat stood on its own.
Consensus:
Brisket & Pulled Pork Sandwiches = good
Sauces for brisket & pulled pork = not worth trying
Three pepper sauce discontinued? = sad, very sad, poor marketing choice

I really do root for this place to be successful. The answer from most of the management is that they are understaffed. Look, the customer is always right. If you are in any type of service industry, that is the only thing you need to know. There is zero point in arguing with a customer especially with technology today. Customers get call Karen’s for actually caring. I’m choosing to spend my money in your establishment and your job is literally to serve. Do better

My problem with Arby’s is that even if the beef is piping hot to start, it hits that cold slicer and is lukewarm when it hits the table. People and restaurant were clean, courteous and friendly. Love the fish sandwich at Lent.

Tried the gyros and we really liked them. Went through drive thru and I think it took 10 minutes to get our food. It was a bit later and guessing they had none ready. Always Arby’s quality

Went in store about closing time. Placed order rite away and received fresh hot food within 4 minutes. Was on my way in less then 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean restroom and store. Good Job Guys.

This place is great! The crew is the best and the food is great! I have never had anything left out of my order here and this is the best arby’s I’ve ever been to! Inside is very nice and clean! Easy 5 stars! I make sure to ring the bell every time im inside!
