I called and let them know that I wanted no foam in the cup, I really specified this in the order just to make sure. There was more than an inch of foam in the cup after I parked to double check. So, I called I got put on with the rudest manager. After a minute, she said if i wanted to come back then immediately walked that back and started to snap at me. She got so upset that she hung up on me with no way of getting my refund back since she also didnt give me a recipt. I would be more than happy to repay for a mistake but please get that manager in check. Don’t take out your frustrations on the customer.

I just waited over 15 mins for coffee and the only person in the drive thru and no one inside. There were 3 employees just laughing inside and not making any drinks or coming to the window. Made me late for my own job. This location is horrible. AM staff takes advantage of not having any management there 430 in the morning.

I’ve given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but every single time I’ve gone, the drinks have been incredibly watered down. Whether it’s a latte, macchiato, or even a simple iced chai, they all end up tasting like plain milk with barely a hint of chai or flavor. It’s really disappointing, especially when you’re paying premium prices. I don’t know if it’s how they’re making the drinks or if it’s a consistency issue, but something needs to change. Definitely not the quality I expect from Starbucks.

This location picks and chooses when they want to close. Apparently 6pm is closing hour when online says they close at 8pm

Customer service is terrible for walk in services. I walked in no one else in lobby other than myself in that moment took several minutes before any acknowledgement from the 5 employees there. Restrooms extremely dirty and its not even 8 a.m.

I’ve been to this little location plenty of times, and they’re normally pretty nice! Today we went through the drive-thru & the barista/cashier (Steven) was extremely kind, went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. I’ve been going to this same Starbucks for years and I always live the service. Everyone is super kind and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Very quick service, especially today. I ordered and my drink was done in about a minute tops. (With a lot of people there.) Amazing people and even better drink.
