I really enjoyed my visit here! The food was delicious — the portions were generous and the roast beef sandwich was especially good, made with Angus beef. The restaurant has a warm environment and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you want a tasty and satisfying meal!

I got off work. I placed the mobile order. I drove to the store. The app told me my order would be ready at 9:05. At 9:00 p.m. I walked into the store and went to approach the counter. I have been coming to this location for years. I have never not been spoken to. I have never not been addressed. I have never at this location or any location for that matter received poor customer service until now. Whoever this new girl is they hired stands at the register elbows on the counter playing in her hair. Simply staring at me. No hello. No welcome in. No how can I help you. I quickly noticed I have to provide the customer service to her. I am the customer yet I have to greet the staff. I look at her.
” I’m here for a mobile pick up order”. She points to a shelf and states “it’s going to be over there”. Of course I look over there my mobile order is not there…. actually. So I come back around to the counter. Where she’s already meeting with the young lady making the sandwiches. Snatches my sticker off the machine. Places it on my bag. Then walks it over to me….. and hands it to me and again no thank you. No have a great day. Nothing. Just staring at me holding a bag in the air. I will NEVER return to this location.

Overall all it was just ok. The atmosphere was fine no one really greeted you as you came in. A skinny is 6” that I decided to get. I chose the chicken club. The first person ask you which bread and then toast it. The other person adds toppings and you’re all set. I will say in comparison to other sandwich shops I like being able to see my toppings before picking them I didn’t really have the option to see the toppings.
The sandwich really was nothing special. It did taste a little better when I added vinaigrette sauce to it but the flatbread was more than toasted it was a little burnt the bacon was burnt and the flavor just wasn’t anything special. Personally, I’ll probably stick with Subway in the long run.

Was my first time trying this place and I have to say… This is probably my least favorite sub place now. Every single piece of steak in my sandwich was extremely chewy. To the point I had to just spit it out. Not only that but they barely put any on my sandwich to begin with. That part doesn’t make ad much of a difference though since it was inedible anyway. Mac n cheese was okay but it’s really hard to mess up mac n cheese.

Normally go there to eat, this time the bread had mold on it….couldn’t contact the store to let them know maybe not the only bread with mold.

Friends and I Went in to my fav sandwich place today for the bogo deal, upon picking up my order I checked my things and noticed my brownie was missing so I went back inside to fix that, at this point I hadn’t thought to open up and check the sandwiches until I’d gotten home, after I opened my sandwich I realized they have given me a smaller size sandwich than what I have paid for and put it inside of a big bag. Luckily my friend was with me to show me comparison of a big size sandwich and what it should look like. I do not have a lot of money right now nor do I have a car to drive back into the restaurant to get this resolved today. There’s no customer service on the website so I have no idea how to go about this situation. Definitely really disappointed.

Ordered a full Cubano, Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup (Mediterranean and chili), Zapp’s Regular Chips, Whole Pickle, and 2 Chocolate Brownie Cookies. received only a half Cubano and only 1 cookie. There was also a chicken bone in my Mediterranean sandwich. Would normally let it go as a fluke, but this is the third time we’ve ordered from here and the third time our order was wrong or missing items. The bag was sealed, so the driver didn’t take the missing items.
