I came in and ordered a pizza. They took my order and went off to cook. I waited near the window for about 15 minutes. Then they came up to me and said that I had to pay, and only then would they start cooking, although I paid right away. There were no problems. They made me wait outside for 15 minutes because of the employee’s professional development. His name is Nilsson. I said that I never warned him that I would leave a review that didn’t matter. He told me that he didn’t care.

I’ve been buying from Papa Johns for years, and up until now the service and overall experience had been excellent. But today, December 18, that changed completely.
The pizza and the 10-inch Cheesesticks I ordered arrived severely overcooked. The moment I opened the box, I could smell burnt pizza. The edges of both the pizza and the cheesesticks were black—literally burnt—and impossible to eat.
What made this worse was trying to give feedback or file a complaint through the website. The process is unnecessarily complicated, unclear, and offers very little real help when you actually need support. If you’re expecting an easy way to report an issue online, don’t count on it.
Because of this experience, I do not recommend this location and I won’t be buying again. It honestly feels like the only way to get a proper resolution is to buy in-store so you can complain immediately.

Pizza was good but the wings seemed like had life and flew away. Ordered a 10 piece box, half of them were mere leftover pieces. If it’s gotta be manufactured food, might as well provide consistency! Quality of food is still good. Like the packaging.

I think the best Papa John’s in dade food was very delicious, hot and fresh. professional & friendly even let me order 10 mins before closed. Very thankful for that was HUNGRY!!
