horrible, I came here twice and they always end up burning my bacon egg and cheese i also asked for donuts n instead they give me a different flavor and I asked to switch it and at least they did switch the flavor. The coffee tastes really good though but the attitude of the workers is really horrible.

I live right down the street from this location and we order from dunkin’ donuts at least 10 times a week. dislocation without a doubt is the worst dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to. we sat in the drive-through on our most recent visit for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged that we were in the line we drove around the front to go in and saw there was only one car in the parking lot and they were only two cars in the drive-through counting us with two people working inside. they couldn’t speak proper English they were rude ignoring us completely for the first few minutes we were even in the line it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while simply ordering a coffee. by the time we had waited 10 minutes we saw no reason to go to another location but we probably should have. needless to say this is my last visit to this particular location

this place does not know how to do their job properly. i’ve come in so many times and gotten terrible service and horrible coffee/food. the lattes are always burnt and never made properly even though the specifications are on the cup. my partner went in and picked up his mobile order and they did not give him his coffee. he ordered a hot macchiato and they did not give it to him he had to go to the dunkin across the street and that one is bad too. train your employees better.

They robbed me of the $ 10 change, a clerk apparently with mental problems, he turned me wrong, when I questioned him, another employee said he had no way to solve it, and the manager was not in the place, after I insist he called the manager, 1 hour and a half waiting for the manager, she arrived checked the box, and said that watched on the camera I took the change ..

The service is pretty slow for a dunks. Just be careful you don’t get chunks of plastic in your cream cheese. The prices are the same as most dunks. The restrooms are pretty clean. The staff is very friendly. The donuts are always fresh and they make the coffee the way you ask for it not how they feel like it
