This was my first time here and I had a great time! I went by myself and sat at the bar. Mag was really attentive and made great drinks! I had the regular Mojito, Mojito with Mamajuana and one other drink. The chicken and cheese empanadas were good and are a good size. I also ordered the Merengue Chimi and it was good. The restaurant itself is pretty cozy but the staff were great and the music wasn’t too loud. I’ll definitely be back!

This Dominican Restaurant flare to sushi is amazing. The food is really good. I had the Delaware, Volcano, and the Karol G rolls. The empanadas had really good flavor. I also had the Expresso Martini(A little pricey). The vibe in the tiny restaurant is really chill. I will gladly come back. We came on Mondays when the sushi rolls are all $8.

I had such a great experience at Merengue House! I tried the empanadas, the Karol G sushi, and the pepper steak with yellow rice everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Rubia took such great care of us, she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even better. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The food was so good! We had the dumplings and mofongo and wow. But even better was the service. Our server, Rosi, especially made the experience better. She made sure we had everything and kept checking on us throughout. I would definitely come again!
