The place itself looks great—nice layout and atmosphere—but unfortunately, cleanliness was a big issue during my visit. There was a lot of trash on the floor, and even after being there for almost two hours, some of it was never cleaned up.
The host also didn’t come across as very professional. While we were talking, another employee interrupted just to compliment her accessories, and they had about a 30-second conversation before returning to our questions. It felt awkward and unprofessional. The dress code also seemed poorly enforced—some employees were walking around with their pants hanging low, which didn’t look professional at all.
Service was another big problem. Our waitress took our order once and then was never to be found again. After that, we had to keep asking other employees for help. I had to get up twice just to get refills on my drinks. I also had to take ketchup from other tables because no one brought any—I grabbed two empty bottles before finally finding one with something in it. What should’ve been a quick one-hour dinner turned into almost two hours, and it honestly felt like a waste of time.
This ended up being one of my worst visits compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. The food itself tasted great, but our order was wrong. It took about 30 minutes to get it replaced, and by then the rest of my party had already finished eating.
I don’t recommend this location right now, but I do plan to stop by again in the future to see if anything has improved. I really hope they step it up because the food has potential, but the service and cleanliness need serious work.

Super excited to have them open! Everything was great and our server Angela (hopefully I remembered her name right) was amazing! People need to have patience as it’s a new business and they’re finding their flow! Can’t wait to go back!

Went in for drinks and wings late Saturday, atmosphere was great, restaurant was clean, and our server was amazing. I think her name was Katie, she helped our party with wing suggestions and even suggested deal options when we mentioned how pricy it became since our last visit. We all left feeling happy with our food and thankful for our server. Hopefully we end up with the same server when we go back again.

Great dining experience last night. Was just my daughter and I. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Was seated right away. We had a very good waitress, I dont remember her name unfortunately, but every person that came to our table was just as helpful and kind. We will be back! Glad we have a local BWW now!

Went in for a dinner date Saturday night, after being sat our server Katie was right at our table offering drink suggestions and even offered appetizers right away which helped feel like we weren’t stuck around waiting. Our drinks and apps were served quickly and by the time we were finishing our apps our food was out. Will be requesting Katie next visit as I’m sure all her tables leave just as happy.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! After an hour wait to be seated, I was shocked to find that no waiter was even assigned to our table. I waited 33 minutes with no service before I finally got fed up and left. This place completely disrespected me as a customer. I’ll never come back, and they seriously need to rethink their staffing! Avoid this place if you want good service!

Went in for lunch today and was warmly greeted. Perfect time to go as it was not busy at all. Food was yummy, ordered a mushroom burger. When you sign up for the rewards program you get free items with purchase which is nice Giving a shotout to Gloria at the bar! She was very attentive to me and I enjoyed my time. Will definitely be back..great selection of beer as well.

We went on a non-busy night. The four of us were seated. Then we waited. The place had more workers than patrons. We had to flag down a waitress and she took our drink orders. Then we waited. The bartenders were not making drinks. How hard is pouring a draft beer? We again had to flag down someone to have our drinks served. Glad I decided on the tall beer because I wasn’t going to order another drink. The food came and we all enjoyed everything we ordered. We understood this location just opened. That is why we will give it another chance down the line after they figure out how to serve efficiently.

I went with a total of 4 of us at 3:45pm on Friday. Was sat pretty quickly. Received our first drink within 30 minutes, but after that service quickly declined. We waited over an hour for another drink. And our food didn’t even come until 2 hrs later of us asking repeatedly where our food was. We had them then just make it all to go. When they brought it to us, it was missing food and all the orders were mixed up. I live 1 block away. Before I even made it home the food was cold and depressing. My only positive experience were 2 waitresses, Anna and Aly. Regardless of the negative experience with receiving the items we ordered, they remained positive and tried to be as helpful as possible. But to spend near $100 and over 2 hrs for cold food is quite upsetting. Mind you this was my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings, and not an experience I would have liked to had.
