CAME 20 minutes before closing still let us eat in, the customer service was top-tier, all very nice. THE FOOD WAS SPECATCULAR!!!!!! MY SOUL LEFT MY BODY. I’ve always gone here since I was little and I still can’t wait to eat here. Overall, It was Fantastic. GET THE CARNE ASADA TRUST.

This place is really nice and clean. Comfortable seats. The torta de milanesa that i ordered here was really good. I got really full with this torta. The agua de pepino was great. I am not a big fan of red hot sauce, but the red hot sauce from here was really good. I like green chile sauce, more the red sauce. The green chile sauce from here was ok. It was good but I enjoyed the red hot sauce more. I appreciate the service here
Around $16 dollars for the meal it was definitely worth it.

**Disappointing Experience – Twice!**

I decided to give this place another chance, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. After placing my order, I waited 25 minutes while others who ordered after me were being served. When I expressed my concerns to the older lady at the entrance, she didn’t seem interested in helping and passed me off to another worker.

I explained the situation and was told that the food was served in the order it was made. Yet, people who ordered after us received their food before us. All I ordered were simple tacos. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed here. The first time, I ordered a Pastor burrito and was given a birria one instead. If I wanted birria, I would have asked for it.

I wasn’t the only one facing issues. There was a couple in the back who sent their fried fish back because it was as hard as rubber bullets.

Overall, this place is a mess. It’s not just the poor customer service, if a Taco Bell on the corner is outperforming you in both food and service, there’s a significant problem. And let’s not forget, there’s a much more delicious restaurant just across the street.

My favorite mexican food spot. Zavala’s has great tacos, burritos, and mulitas. Today I ordered tacos and a side of rice. I kept my tacos plain with salsa but they offer fresh housemade verdura. My go to’s are the gringa mex and chilaquiles.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was supposed to have meat and sour cream, but it did not. I was hoping that it was at the middle so when I got to the middle, nothing was there and I went back and she told me she could give me the meat and sour cream on the side. I told her I don’t really want to eat meat and sour cream on the side and I asked her to just make me a burrito With the partially eaten burrito. And then when she gave it to me, she almost threw it in my hand. It wasn’t even my fault and she was mad at me. I’ll definitely never eat here again. I even had to come all the way back and I was on my lunch break and I got in trouble. They could’ve at least made me a new burrito since I went through all of this like any other restaurant would’ve did. And I mean I paid 22 bucks for a burrito and a Horchata and this is what I got

I went in and asked the employee what did they put in the dinner plates since they have a list that says ‘plates’ and the lady said she didn’t understand and then sounded bugged… then she said which plates and I said in all, what do you put as the sides. She was bugged so I told her to forget it. Then I asked if I can get someone else to help me and she didn’t put anyone else. I just ordered food and paid. The customer after me went up next and she treated him so kind and was very friendly. She was very loud so that I could hear she was being friendly to him. So for that I am giving her the restaurant 2 stars. Customer service needs to be better if restaurants want people to come in and spend money. I’m not sure if I want to come back.
