Crew is always working. Very busy place in a small town without many options. Usually the crew is slammed trying their best to keep up with the help they have. Always polite and always trying to do their best. Keep up the good work.

Went through the drive thru for 2 cheeseburgers and waited about 9 or 10 minutes to get my order so I figured they must of just made them fresh. Instead what they did was microwaved both of them which made them plenty hot even the buns were super hot but the bread rubbery and touch to chew 🙁
UPDATE: Please read their response and note that they do NOT deny microwaving the whole cheeseburgers…look at the bun in the picture.

I love how they are constantly busy due to being the only “Fast Food” in town….. So keep that in mind

Backyard bacon ranch burger completely soggy… bottom bun literally soaked with BBQ sauce, top bun shriveled and soaked with ranch. Burger patties ok but overwhelmed with sauces. Worst $9 spent.

Waited in line for the speaker for over 10 minutes with only two cars ahead of me because they don’t know how to take an order. The first one was there for lord knows how long trying to get their order placed correctly and the car in front of me had a similar issue. I ordered a cheeseburger combo with cheese curds and a small pumpkin pie blizzard. Not difficult right? Oof. They thought I still wanted a drink and then when they repeated the order back and said nothing about cheese curds, I reminded them I wanted cheese curds “for the side” is exactly what I said. They didn’t sub the fries for curds and I got charged full price for my curds and got a side of fries I didn’t want. Also, the only napkin I was given was wadded up and thrown on said fries…not appetizing to see because it was clearly crumpled into a wad.

We just came here on a whim, everyone was starving, and we did not regret our decision!!! They were so patient with the kids ordering. The food was hot and fresh. The dining room was clean. Laura and Bryce were exceptionally nice and I enjoyed having them take care of us!!!

Update: This facility seems to be getting faster and seems to have a much better staff than in the previous years. I don’t go very often due to bad experiences over the years, but the last three or four times have been quick and friendly.

The food is the worst I’ve had at any Dairy Queen. The wait times are ridiculous. Half the girls working are nice and half of them are there for social hour or to play on their phone’s. Service has gone down hill over the years since some of the better management has left. Can’t get out of drive thru in less than 10-15 minutes.
