Social Profile:

In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. Instead, he signed a lease on a space that would become the first Jet’s location. Along with his brother and partner John, they opened the doors to Jetts Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. The pizza world would never be the same. They were about to make history by offering a truly, better pizza. And now, over 40 years later, we’re at the top of the list when it comes to crave and taste. Try an authentic Detroit-Style pizza today. Only at Jet’s.

First time ordering from Jets and had a great experience. Ordered online, estimated ready time was accurate. They double checked my order with me before I left, they were courteous and efficient.

Great pizza!

Update:

Last two pizzas has been burnt. I don’t know if this place is under new management but it’s bad now. Last pizza, you could smell it was burnt before you opened the box. It tasted like burnt popcorn. As usual, the delivery drivers are always friendly.

Hands down the best chain pizza joint around cbus ! The pizza is consistently delicious, baked perfectly and lots of options for toppings, styles and crust flavorings. Their ranch is some of the best i’ve had. Seriously good pizza, highly recommend!

Jet’s pizza is consistently good. The place gives off the vibe of being professionally run, compared to your standard franchised place. Occasionally it has taken them a while to understand who I am and what pizza I’m picking up, but otherwise I’ve never had a bad pizza or bad experience there. Not the cheapest option, but the deep dish Detroit style is so filling that 1 pizza easily feeds my family of 4.

Order pizza here a lot. Best Detroit style pizza in Ohio IMO. They have other styles as well. The BBQ chicken is great, Buffalo is good the buffalo sauce could be a little more buffalo tasting. The pepperoni and cheese is great. They have wings both boneless and bone. They have popcorn chicken as well now. Salads, Desserts and other stuff, no subs though.

Pizza reheats great in air fryer.

Was given the wrong pizza with my ticket attached to it. Both pizzas had pepperoni and banana peppers so apparently that’s close enough.

They didn’t happen to notice the other four toppings I didn’t order one of them being pineapple?

Alas, it’s still jets so half of the pizza that was “close enough” to what I ordered was good. Manager refunded order.

Best deep dish pizza in Columbus. Delivery is 100% on time and most of the time early. Don’t skip the ranch. This branch has always greeted me professionally.

Ordered a 8 corner pizza and two boats. The pizza was fine, but the ham and cheese boat had maybe 7 small triangles of ham on it. It was nothing but dough and a minimum amount of veggies, not to mention they didn’t even add the correct veggies.

These businesses think they can charge a crazy amount of money nowadays for a joke of a meal!

Thanks for selling me an overpriced doughball!

We WILL NOT BE BACK!

Third party drivers deserve an honest, clear, up-front expected wait time if the order is not ready, so we can assess if we want to just cancel and move on, or actually wait. We earn per order, not time, so being told it will be just a few minutes, but it really is going to be 45 min, during dinner rush, is a huge disservice to us and screws our earnings and momentum. It’s highly unprofessional to give bs wait times to us. Please consider becoming more transparent on this issue. This way we can also more effectively communicate with the customers, who often are sending us messages, asking what’s going on.

Edit: I was back there in the last week, and had an extremely similar experience as the first time.

It’s especially wild considering I’ve gone into other locations all over the city, ordered at the counter, even during busy periods, and waited as little as 8 minutes, and never more than 15. But this location has these orders already placed before I get there to picku, sometimes they received them quite awhile before (I get the order offer while in midst of running food, and it’s possible they had the order on their end a good bit before that), yet they need me to stand around for 25- 30 minutes after I get there… oh and after once again being told up front that it will be ‘a couple minutes.’ What a hot mess this location is. Avoid ordering here for food delivery drivers, and avoid if you are a driver. They don’t care about either.

Wow was I impressed. I was not expecting to really like the pizza since I’m not a huge pizza buff but man did you prove me wrong. We really thought we over ordered and we’re going to have a lot leftover but these kids and us wiped it out in no time at all. The thin crust was delicious the toppings were perfect and the sauce was just right. Well done.
