Fried Mushrooms are a go to when you stop by… and when I say stop by, this should be a must visit when you come by Republic. Friendly staff and amazing food in this quaint little town.
Quite a few good options here, can’t go wrong with the BBQ of any type. Serving sizes are large and since you are a bit off the beaten track, it can be a bit pricier to eat up this way. Your taste buds will revel in your worthy investment though.

Freckles Gourmet was always great food. She is an amazing chef. They have now closed Freckles and will be opening a new restaurant in is same location. She mentioned smoked meats and sandwiches. It will be opening in March 2019 I believe. Guaranteed the food will be delicious!

The deep fried pickles were amazing and the macaroni with the tilamook cheese made me ask for more. Service was excellent and the food was quickly served even when we had a party of 12. I will honestly recommend that anyone passing through stop.
