Ida was very disrespectful, and kept making comments saying “why we were at Waffle House during Christmas do we not have any family to celebrate with.” Me and my friends felt very disrespected by this, and especially when we are paying customers at this establishment. This should be taken to corporate, and I have never experienced this type of disrespect anywhere. On the other hand our server Monse was very respectful and attentive, and her kindness helped to not escalate the situation further.

Food was great as always. Staff was nice. Waitress had us waiting over 10 minutes to get our check after she took our plates. I was long since ready to leave and felt ignored. It made no sense keeping the two of us there holding up a booth at a crowded location. Not too keen

We came in for an early lunch and sat for a minute when the server told us she would be right over. Our server Dawn came right back and wiped off our table and took our order quickly. Eggs over medium were cooked just right and the grits bowl was a good size and yummy. Dawn check on us frequently and did a great job!

Sat down at a dirty table and every table was cleaned around ours, only asked how the table was doing when called up, no utensils given, and was given the check without even asking a whole table if they were going to split it just a bad experience overall definitely not coming back to this location

So my elderly mother asked for Waffle House for dinner. She lives the hash browns. So I call to place an order to be picked up. No one answers. To please my mom I jump in the car and drive there. It’s 3 miles away. I arrive abs much to my surprise the place is empty. Not a customer in site. One female
Employee was washing dishes. The other two employees was sitting the customer seating section. I said hello I was expecting a big crowd since you didn’t Answe the phone. They ignored me. I said again. Y’all don’t answer your phone. The employee section said no we don’t we’re shortstaffed I totally ignored that comment because you’re not short staffed at this time but instead I said I would just like to place a to go order I started saying what I would like after no one acknowledged me and the girl washing the dishes said she’ll help you in a minute pointing to the other female employee who was sitting in the customer station that is when I said never mind I don’t want anything I want to go somewhere where they want customers and have good customer service. These three people do not deserve their jobs. They should be fired. I suggest you have the district manager review the cameras and see just how lazy they are. Clearly the company doesn’t care because they aren’t even responding to the reviews

We flew back in to Atlanta, which is home. Flight delay & were hungry knowing Waffle House open at 11pm.
Ordered breakfast, and it was below standard on presentation & taste. Attitude tension felt as we walked in. Only 3 other tables in use.
Will not go back to this location.
