Shoutout to Haley and Kamilla (sorry if the spelling is wrong)! I came through the drive thru yesterday (December 15, 2025) and they were super kind, helpful, and pleasant to interact with despite wrong orders coming from the kitchen. I had placed a mobile order (which after verification, some how got sent to the Eldon location). Upon calling Eldon Hardee’s to try and cancel my order I was met with someone who was rude, unwilling to help, and treated me like I was a bother. These two worked to try and get me a soultion as well as let me replace my order there. They apologized and informed me that they were having to cook everything to order and that is why I had such a long wait time.
You could tell that they were stressed (items were coming from the kitchen incorrectly made – my understanding the owners mom, who also works there, was trying to figure out the kitchen as she went because no one on duty had been fully trained on kitchen operations – and there was no manager on duty) but when interacting with the customers they did it with a smile.

The food was decent, normal fast food fare, but my LARGE drink was packed so full of ice, I couldn’t get the straw jammed down into the cup. I doubt there was more than 8 ounces of liquid in the cup.

Holy smokes!!!! I could crawl to Kansas City and get lunch faster than this place!!!! BTW Wendy’s across the street is as bad or worse. These people need some training from Chick-Fil-A on how to manage a fast food line!!!

Are and have been sitting in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes. I wish the wait was the worst part. Didn’t rate the food because we don’t have it yet…..also…..Jeff City Hardees….you might want your friends over in Washington to change the QR code in their drive thru to take a person to their google reviews not yours….

My friend and I went through the drive thru yesterday absolutely starving and in desperate need for something to drink. When we pulled up to the window, we realized we needed to do a split payment. My friend scrounged up $2 in change and I had the other $9 on my card.
When the young lady ran my card, for whatever reason, it kept saying it was declined. I had money on the card. I was mortified I was unable to pay.
Before I could dig the hole I wanted to climb into due to my embarrassment, the young lady took out her phone, smiled, and said, “I got it”. I was truly amazed by her kindness.
Not once, during the entire transaction did she roll her eyes, huff or puff or give us ANY attitude at all!
I asked her for her name so I could leave this review. She told me her name and I even spelled it correctly when I was checking to how she spelled it. The receipt said “Peggy” but I know that wasn’t what she told me.I believe her name name started with A-D-A.
Miss Ada, thank you again for your selfless act of kindness. You brightened my day in ways you can’t imagine.
To Miss Ada’s supervisor, You have a precious gem in Miss Ada. I’d like to encourage you to reward her act of true customer service accordingly.

When I ate my food, to go, at Binder Field, everything was so salty, that I couldn’t taste anything but salt. I know about bringing out the flavor in food, but come on!

We went there on 6/25/25, it was hot in the lobby, the air condition was blowing hot air into the lobby. The burgers tasted old, maybe even spoiled. We were going to dinner in, but it was too hot, so we went out to our vehicle to eat.

I’m glad we were not able to order food there tonight. Closed before 9:30pm and supposed to close at 10pm. But hey, my Wendy’s Baconator with jalapeno bacon fries is delicious!!! Who knows how well the food would have been if they wanted to close that early. Thanks for not answering drive thru!! I’ll remember for next time!

Horrible first they put whipped cream on my shake even l though I asked for none that’s not a big deal since they remade it but then the cup is only half full for $5 i got a half full cup of shake then my fries are cold like they have been sitting there for 30mins be the last time I get lunch here spend $20 make me feel like I just got robbed
