Do not order uber eats from this location. The dominos employee delivered the pizza and I should’ve checked it before he left. I called the location. Employee from dominos was unprofessional and the manager was too. I have a receipt for my order and instead got a cheap cheese pizza ands small veggie with a few veggies. There should be at least 1 mushroom on each slice. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for. Extremely rude when I called. Eat at your own risk. If they’re this careless with customer service, I can only imagine the lack of quality and care when preparing the product.
I have contacted uber and they’ve refunded me all of my money. I wonder if this is just what they do. They make money by giving out cheap pizza and then aren’t held accountable in anyway. This explains their responses.

My wife had an issue with the chicken wings not being sauced correctly, well the sauce just being thrown at the chicken wings. Not even covering all of them. So she called the store to complain. They made her fill like she was trying to get something over on them, by telling her that she needs to return the wings they dropped off! Of course she was going to do that. It caused a fight between her and our granddaughter. Our granddaughter refused to eat because she didn’t want the ones they dropped off, but was afraid the re-delivery wings we’re going to be tampered with because my wife called and complained. So my wife told the store just to forget it. My wife was so upset at this time she threw everything away. She will never order from Domino’s again! I was at work I thought it would be a easy night for my wife and granddaughter but it was not. Also not a big issue but from the time she received the text that our delivery was on its way it took 25 minutes, we are only 5 minutes away.

It’s just sauce right? It has been six years since we ordered or had Domino’s Pizza. We wanted to give D’s another chance and they were right there….more of laziness than opportunity. I will as transparent as I can and fair. The reason six years ago was poor service and quality of food. I will say both of those have improved. We had a carryout and there was no one in, waiting, no pies being made (what former employees as a kids called it long ago) and the phones were barely ringing. We placed our order and because of previous poor service I checked my pizza. Impressed with the pizza i didn’t look at the chicken assuming those would be just as good…..my mistake!
We got all the way home to enjoy family dinner. My wife cannot heat pizza for medical reason but excited about the wings. When she opened them up the first comment i heard was ” i could have done this at home”.
I went to see and was agreed to my wife’s comment. We were very disappointed as we thought D’s would have changed in six years. They just squeezed some blob of sauce on ONE SIDE of wings, not evenly on wings, some wings with blobs, some with barely any sauce , and just a terrible presentation.
None of Domino’s competitors or even small pizza parlors are this lazy. Everyone at least sauce the whole wing. We ordered two of these worthless wings. We didn’t even eat them as one side was sauced. Cannot take the time to sauce wings when the store isn’t busy is a clear sign of laziness and not taking pride in the presentation. Remember that most people eat with their eyes first. If it doesn’t look right then it is unlikely it would be appealing. This is why there is a thing called garnishing and presentation. Not shocked at it as this is Domino’s one of the lowest pizza chains and worst.

Order was put together and delivered within 30 mins which was awesome. My ham, pineapple, and banana peppers pizza looks good but who eats the caps from the peppers? Not me. Had at least 3 on the pizza. Also, a 16 piece wings should have a better balance of wings and legs the our order did. It has 4 wings and 12 legs. Do we need to request more wings than legs when ordered?

This particular Dominos is always a hit or miss with the taste and look of the pizza. We got raw Parmesan bread bites, not enough sauce on the pizzas and they were all dry/overcooked. There have been times when the pizza and sides were absolutely delicious; unfortunately, not today!!!
We eat here because it’s close; I always tip 15% or more depending on what we get. I just wish this location was more consistent!

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the dangerous behavior exhibited by one of Domino’s delivery drivers. On July 27, 2024,on Washburn next to shells gas station, I was driving home with my 1-year-old child in the car when I encountered a Domino’s delivery vehicle driving recklessly.
The driver, who appeared to be a male wearing a hat and driving a what looked to be a black Honda, was swerving erratically from left to right on the road. This reckless behavior nearly caused him to hit child on the street and then almost collide with my car.
In addition to the dangerous swerving, the driver was blasting loud music and seemed to be dancing while driving. This level of distraction and negligence is extremely alarming, especially considering the potential risk to other drivers and pedestrians. I felt compelled to start recording his behavior, at which point he noticed and momentarily ceased his reckless actions.
As a concerned customer and a parent, I am deeply troubled by this incident. The safety of your drivers and the general public should be a top priority, and this driver’s conduct was far from acceptable. Immediate action needs to be taken to address this matter and ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

We used to come here a lot now it’s going down hill. They gave me the wrong order and I called said I’m going back for the pizza I ordered and paid for there was no problem just wanted it fresh. She said no problem she’ll tell her manager then I get to the store it feels hot I was like cool. I open it, the crust is burnt they just put my order back in the oven. I didn’t make a big deal we got the wrong order things happen but I just wanted it fresh not burnt. So aside of me having to drive back to the store I got some burnt pizza.
