What happened to the old staff? They were so fast and had great customer service. I order today and waited over 30 min. And was told I had to wait another 30 !! In 4 years I Never had 1 complain about this Dominos. there’s all new staff and Not friendly whatsoever. This one guy mumbled everything to me he definitely working at the wrong place horrible customer service. Everyone standing around while one girl only ONE person prepping All of the orders. This use to be my favorite Not anymore. Going else where.

I just received my order for the feta spinach cheese bread and the jalapeño pineapple chicken. Let me tell you it was more than upsetting. Ive never had a problem wirh this location, but today! First, the items came out looking not only nothing like the picture, they were actually terribly made and burnt. Second, I called the location to ask what happened, and they not only were cold and rude, but they said that their GM was the one who made the order, and that it was made to their store’s standards. He offered to make it again if I bought it back, but I said what is the point since it would just be made the same way again. They refused to give me a refund, even if I returned the product, and they refusedto be shown the puctures that I took. Like – seriously!? What kind of business is it where you don’t even have to try, you treat the customers like they’re bothering you, and you get the cold shoulder? I just want my money back. I even pre-tipped $5. I’m not about oaying for something, then having the burden on me to reconcile. Meanwhile, this store still earned money and did a terrible job.

So let me start off by saying, I completely understand being understaffed now and then but this location seems to ALWAYS be understaffed. Jonathan the guy making the orders is doing everything on his own and is VERY VISIBLY frustrated, to the point where he is rude and snapping at customers. Today I waited 30 mins for a order of 1 pizza and the app still had no update, only that the pizza was still being prepared (not even in the oven yet) so i politely asked if i could cancel my order being that I had been waiting on the lobby for close to 15mins without even being greeted. He asked what was my name when I asked to cancel and he threw his arms up and said your pizza is coming out now! Very rudely. I told him how am I to know that when there’s no info on the app and he says well I’m only one person! Which again I understand but that shouldn’t be taken out on a customer that just wanted to make a purchase and was told on the app their pizza wouldn’t take more than 18mins. More associates with better attitudes are needed badly for this location.

Bad location. Came to pick up around 11:30 pm and doors were locked. The person inside didn’t acknowledge me and didn’t open the door. Not the first time they do this. This was on a Saturday which they supposedly close at 1 am. Atleast acknowledge the customers outside the door knocking.

For the most part this place is always spic and span clean , and the staff is mostly always in a good mood and attentive . I always carry out because they are pretty good at getting out orders and they have some pretty good managers specials and the restroom there is pretty clean which says a lot about how they clean the kitchen area . I always say that if the restroom is clean then they must put a good effort to have a clean kitchen

This was the worst service I ever got at domino’s I always come in here and my food is out less then 6-7 minutes the employees standing around doing nothing having AirPods in their ears the main cashier slugging his words the others doing nothing leaving the lady all alone making pizza I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half for this pizza a tried canceling the order and they didn’t know how to I never got my money back
