The food is good and the prices are ok. I have been coming to this location for years. The last two times they did not have the dishes I ordered. I asked for snow pea chicken and was told no snow peas. I asked for pork with garlic and they gave me broccoli stems instead of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. Very disappointed. My wife and sons dishes were good and the soup is good too. This is a good place to eat if they have the ingredients.

Quality was not as expected, but I haven’t been here in a while. The egg rolls were the most disappointing; very dry. Fried rice was too salty. Dish was very sparing on meat and mostly just saute`ed vegetables. Too many other great places to come back.

Been coming here for a long time. Very disappointed with the customer service today. I have ordered the same dish at Royal Chopstix (this franchise location, and Farmers Branch location) never had any complaints at all before. I had placed an order for the lo mein to go and specified for egg to be added if it wasn’t included, they said it was included. I get my noodles and I don’t see a speck of egg in there. So I go back next morning to ask them if they can just remake the noodles with the box so that they can see for themselves. They insist that they added it, and that there’s not that much and that they’ve never had this complain in 20 years. I said I’ve ordered the same thing over a long time and this is my first time experiencing this too. I told them about how I ordered from other branches including one that has now shut down. They then turned it around on me saying “eggs are expensive.” I said that’s fine I would have been happy to pay to add egg but it says it’s included in the noodles on the menu. Anyway, I didn’t want to create an argument so I just said feel free to remake it or refund it whatever you guys want to do. And then I literally see them toss the same noodles I brought in to the same wok- didn’t even care enough to try to make a fresh batch. But also they probably violated health code there. Day old noodles that I had brought back tossed into the same wok that they use for everyone. The lady who has usually been pretty nice then says “you should go to the farmers branch location, it’s better for you.” That’s what I get for trying to politely ask them to uphold their own standards for food. Not coming back here and done with this restaurant.

Didn’t wanna stop at an atm, Thought I had enough cash but Noooooo…. Register said $52!!!! Guess that $1.00 fried rice I thought I was ordering is Non-existent!!…..

Favorite Chinese food restaurant in Plano. Everything is prepared fresh after you place your order. It’s a family owned business…the sweet Asian lady that takes the orders is so friendly and helpful. I’m very impressed that she has learned enough Spanish to communicate with her Hispanic customers. I love the shrimp pad Thai…but everything is very delicious. High 5 to Royal Chopstix.

My first time eating here was amazing the food was fresh and seasoned. Well, that was maybe 6 months to a year the last time I visited. Today was the worse it’s very hard finding decent for is Texas. But it was very bland and tasted old. The sesame chicken was dry and old and I thought they only used white meat chicken but today was all dark nasty looking stuff cause I’m not sure if it was chicken. I think this is the last bad experience from a restaurant I am willing to take. And the prices was ridiculous.

Older order at the counter Chinese restaurant. I would say this is primarily a lunch time restaurant were it is fairly packed. Not exactly elegant but the food is good and the prices are very fair. Recommend for a quick bite.
