It’s a nice place with excellent craft beer selection! The rotation seems to be updated on their website regularly. The service was spotty at first, but the courtesy and care from the manager/owner(?) more than made up for it, and we had a great experience in the end.

Pretty decent happy hour place. Enjoyed variety of pizzas and beers.

Parking can be a bit tricky, but there’s a public garage just a block away—better than stumbling into your car after a few drinks! Tried the Old Fashioned and mango margarita—both were great. Good beer selection too (my friend loved hers). Bonus: it’s attached to Curry Pizza, so you can grab a bite (we didn’t but you could).

We came here on a Saturday afternoon hoping to grab a quick bite. The place looked about half full and not very busy. However, things turned very slow from the start. We ordered a small pizza and chips and it took a really long time for the food to arrive. The service was very spotty and we didn’t even get water served for a while. The wait staff seemed helpful but maybe the place was under staffed for the crowd. Fortunately, the pizza was tasty so that was the saving grace. Unsure if we’ll come back.

Ummm, wow. Super inventive and delicious. Great beer selection is what brought me here, but I love a good curry. Went with wiater recommendation and got the Curry chicken masala pizza. DEEEEELICIOUS!!!
The dough itself is pretty pedestrian, but the toppings and flavor had me over eating and then still debating if I want to eat another slice. Worthy, for sure

Cool spot with good service. Downtown palo alto prices but it is what it is. They had a very good beer selection. One thing I thought was odd is they didn’t have any prices on the beer list. All and all I would definitely come back. Still need to stay the food.

I dunno what these reviews about great mixologist are about because I must have gotten the wrong shift. I ordered a dry gin martini. Something I order everywhere in NYC. It came out with that greenish tint and I asked if it was dry because it looked dirty. The server asked me to taste it and yeah it was not dry. There was too much vermouth in it. It also tasted like water.. like zero alcohol. I didnt mention anything about that because i figured a bartender is going to pour liquor in a martini no matter what. The server asked if i wanted it remade and I did and another drink came out exactly the same. I said it still looked dirty and I was asked to try it again and it was just water and vermouth. Not even olive brine. I then contemplated if the bar thinks “dry” means no alcohol. I sent it back for another one and this time the bartender came out himself to bring my drink. It was the same thing AGAIN. It tasted like water and vermouth. I asked if the drink has gin in it and he said he poured 2 oz. and vermouth. A dry martini should barely have ANY vermouth in it. I rinse of the glass and the cocktail should be clear and very strong. It was literally just water. I don’t know if this place is watering down their bottles or what but it 100% did not have any liquor in it. And this was at 8:30pm. Im not too drunk to not know the difference. Ultimately I asked the bartender if he tasted it before serving it and the guy said no, he doesn’t even drink. Ok. Red flag. So who is quality checking these drinks made by “talented mixologists”? I just left after that. Very disappointed. 10/10 would not recommend

Hidden Tap & Barrel is awesome. I always stop in here when I’m in town. Great service, awesome whiskey selection, and lots of beer to choose from.

I gave it 5 stars based on the BBQ chicken pizza in the picture, it was one of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Prices for a pizza can be on the high side.
